Very well situated. Host was very helpful. Clean room and fresh breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and very helpful reception. Free Bozen pass was well used and bus back and forth not a problem. Great public transport network in Bolzano.

Well located, easy to walk to city centre while still avoiding the busy streets (perfect location if you have a car). Rooms spacious

Besides the accommodation which approximately accords the price, they provides the free tourist travel card, which is very useful, and a tasty breakfast. Bus stop is in couple minutes of walk.

Windows are wooden, and a lot of apartment houses around produce some noise

This was such a cosy spot and made better with all the complimentary inclusions such as travel passes for museums and transport, plus breakfast.

The Host and staff were very accomodating even providing best ways to get to and visit the old town of Bolzano. Breakfast was very substantial and delicious.

Hospitality

It was great to have air-conditioning in the room during the peak of summer! Although the condition of the room is not brand new and modern, it was fairly clean and spacious. Daily house-keeping is provided. Breakfast was served well, and the manager was kind to ask what I preferred for breakfast. The hotel also provided a travel pass, which allows free access on public transport, museums and gondolas in the south tyrol region.

The location of the hotel is about 20 minutes away from the city center by bus, the nearest bus stop is about 5 minutes away by foot, if you don't mind the distance.

The manager was most helpful. The facilities were good, breakfast suitable and the location suited our requirements. We would be happy to stay there again.

It was a bit out of town for us.

The hotel was a bit further from the centre than I would have liked but once you are there you receive the Bolzano card which gives you free access to local buses and trains, as well as lots of other services.

Quiet location serviced by buses to town within easy walking distance

Beds were narrow and too firm Lift did not extend to upper floor Emergency calling system (small button adjacent to exterior door) was not identified and we could not get any response to by mobile contact number or email when accidentally locked out of room. Reception remained unattended.

Very good breakfast V clean hotel

It was a good deal with a large breakfast. Warm shower with plenty of hot water. The host gave me a Sudtiroler pass, good for seven days. It got me free bus, gondola, train, and even museum uses. I saved a fortune using it.

The location is far from the town center. When I booked I don’t think I realized the distance. Frequent buses helped, though. The neighborhood of the Albergo is bland and there’s a huge microwave tower next door. There’s a lot of tile on the floors that made noisy reverberations one morning. The bed was also small. The minuses were not big deals, though, and I enjoyed my stay.

It’s an old hotel, facilities are a bit old and the noise insulation is not the best. With this price I’d expecting something a bit better
