How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel and its staff were great. Everyone went above and beyond. The room was comfortable and clean. The Italian styled breakfast was delicious. We had dinner there as well and it was also very good. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Location, price and staff were great, , breakfast is complete and good but you have to boiled your eggs as protein (besides ham) maybe other options could be added

The spa and breakfast were my main highlights. They provided delicious tea in the spa and the breakfast was abundant with tasty and high quality produce with local cheeses and homemade honey, not to mention plenty of traditional pastries. I would definitely stay here again. The room was cute and rustic, and we found an English channel on the TV.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
We enjoyed our room. Comfortable bed, good shower, balcony. Excellent spa/sauna facilities. Lovely, plentiful breakfast.

There is not secured parking for motorcycles. We took 4 beds in room and additional 2 beds was not so comfy as the twin bed.
Clean rooms, good breakfast, parking at front of the hotel.

We didn't have a fridge in the room. A mini fridge would be nice for drinks/snacks.
Great hotel, very comfortable and really good breakfast! The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Small bathroom & shower (as expected) but the shower screens didn’t seal, hard to get in/out, no where to rest your shampoo etc so water went everywhere. Could do with a couple of glasses & kettle in room.
Location great. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Clean. Bed was Italian firm but not rock-hard. Balcony nice in sun.

The breakfast had mostly sweet options, not even one vegetable available. The bathroom might benefit from a new coat of paint.
The location is great for hiking paths, the hotel being surrounded by natural parks. The room is spacious with plenty of storage space for clothes, 2 desks and a small fridge. The bathroom has bidet. Everyone from the hotel was nice, welcoming and very helpful.

The location was perfect for us for our excursions around the Dolomites. The village small and quiet. Staff is very nice and helpful. As we had two very busy days in the Dolomites, we ended up eating at the hotel restaurant both nights and I feel that the hotel restaurant requires special mention, great food and service. The hotel room is just what you would probably expect in a midrange skihotel in the Dolomites, the pine furniture etc. and hasn´t been updated in a while. Very small shower, not much wiggle room for a larger person :D

Basic breakfast, not too many options. No scrambled eggs, you have to boil the eggs yourself. The coffee from the machine is average. You can buy a proper coffee from the bar. The room was not so isolated as we could hear the traffic. Overall we were satisfied.
The room was quite big and the view was excellent (you could see the Monte Civetta peak from the balcony). The staff was very helpful recommending places to go visit / hike. Also the Spa area is in a good status having a sauna, steam bath, hot tub, kneipp. Reasonably close to the Marmolada cable car, but unfortunately these were closed when we were there.

Rooms are a little dated and shower was small, especially considering the size of the bathroom, but this did not affect our stay, which was very comfortable.
Room was comfortable and very spacious with nice view. Spa and Turkish bath facilities were a fantastic way to end a long day exploring. Various Breakfast options which were tasty and in sufficient supply. Short walk to local shops and restaurants. Perfect central location for exploring the Dolomites. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially since we had a late arrival.

The location was quite beautiful and calm as the way we wanted it. Breakfast was good but could have been better, don't want to sound like complaining. Had good experience with SPA as well
