Great place, ideal for visiting sirmione. Clean space , welcoming staff , smart tv , communal balcony and good Wi-Fi. About a 20 minute walk to sirmione center and bus 5 minute walk away so ideal to get to a range of destinations. I would recommend this place as a clean friendly place to stay.

“During our stay in this hotel, 70 euros disappeared from our room. We immediately informed the manager (Daniele), but he refused to help and told us to go to the police. The cleaner (Simona) denied everything, but the money disappeared right after the cleaning. We filed an official police report. This was a very stressful and unpleasant experience. The hotel does not take responsibility for the safety of its guests, so I strongly do not recommend staying here.”

Location was nice, in a peaceful street and even though it was a pizzeria as well, the place was not noisy.

Quiet countryside house. Room quite spacious.They have a pizzeria in the ground floor.

The location is nice if you're traveling by car, and the bed was comfortable

The breakfast was very poor — just some bread and jam, with no cheese or other options. We asked for coffee, and before we even finished, staff took our cups, saying they had to clean up. Most of the staff don't speak English, which made communication difficult. We were also accidentally locked on the terrace and had to call reception multiple times, but they couldn’t solve the issue. The internet connection was extremely weak and unreliable."

I would have preferred a complete braskfast, they only had sweets: marmalade, butter and packaged croissants. If you order anything else you need to pay. The noise - right in front of our room window, there was a villa under construction and every single morning at 7am the constructors started work and the noise was very big. I understand that this is not in the owner's control, however nobody else seems to be disturbed, since no one said anything about it during our 4 days stay. The air conditioning should be checked, since it doesn't seem to have much power to cool the entire room.

Perfect location, lovely staff, comfy beds and powerful showers. Place is dated but we loved that, it was very clean and perfect for what we wanted, a base for us to sleep in, have showers and wake up to good coffee. Wine and pizzas was also an added bonus. Unfortunately we had to leave a night early as our flights got cancelled and had to rebook for an earlier flight, this is an excuse to come back.

The best price/value relation in this area. Good location - close-by a bus stop with good connection to all nearby nice places like Desenzano center, Sirmione, Verona, etc. Cheap and well equipped (c+c) store - 3 mins by walk, nice beach - 10 mins by walk, you can buy really good pizza in site. Amazing, helpful and flexible staff always served the best service

Very kind and helpful staff, great location and great value for money. Also really one of the best pizzas in Italy, definitely worth a try for everyone staying there!! :))

Location was fantastic, apartment fully equipped and comfortable. Handy to supermarket and short walk to restaurants and beach.

The Service and food

Some heating but not in hotel control due to Italian laws.

Good and clean rooms, pleasant host Danial and his family, who make the best pizza in Garda. We had a great time during our visit.
