Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaLovely hotel with a garden where you can have coffee or drinks. Room was clean and balcony was great - with a drying rack to dry wet towels or clothes. Breakfast was really good - cold meats, cheese and we could order eggs. Host gave good recommendations for dinner. We enjoyed our stay

FinlandWe were there with family of 5, reception, rooms, breakfast as anticipated, but the willingness to arrange extras by the staff - beach trip arranged to close-by private beach with car pick-up and next day they could arrange local person to give us (obviously paid and worth) several hours boat trip from Minturno passing Gaeta to distant beaches for swim and relaxing times.

Host was welcoming and extremely helpful and speaks english The location is not near the sea and far from the center, but it was not a problem for us Sweet breakfast was present, everything else had to be ordered, but everything was delicious. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We felt very welcomed at this hotel. The staff was really nice and accommodating, and the room was spacious and recently renovated with much good taste. The room had a spacious corner balcony with a nice view over the garden. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes by walk from the beach which didn’t bother us.
