Price was right for what we wanted. Handy to the cruise port.

Nice clean room and bathroom and a comfortable bed.

There weren’t and bars or restaurants nearby, just a pizza place.

It was inexpensive and it was right by the port three minute walk up the street to get on the bus to take you to the port. Nice little pastry shop across the street. If you walk down to the corner, there’s a pizza parlor on the corner that has the best pizza ever.It’s across the street from the staging area to do the bus to the pier. Also, the hop on hop off tour was pretty amazing. There’s a nice waterfront in the town if you’re from the states go to the McDonald’s and look at their café and all the treats they have in there totally delicious and amazing for McDonald’s. We don’t have that here. I’m not a McDonald’s person, but I was pretty impressed. People are very nice and accommodating. Take the hop on off off bus to the Roman baths at the top of the hill when you go in there go to the right and you’ll see these old ponds with the Roman statues and there’s an old chariot there too a small town, but it is amazing. Hop on hop off tour totally worth it.

Good Location (10 minutes by foot to port transfer), affordable, comfortable rooms for the price.

No Lift, Few Restaurants in the area, door bell did not work-had to call to get in.

Very clean space! A tidy tiny room w/a double bed. Clean efficient bathroom. A somewhat No Frills accommodation.

The only incident was there wasn’t an elevator. My error because I never inquired and should have asked initially.

Almost everything...lots of hot water ..strong water and cold aircon.

Given the nature of our requirements and that it is a 2 star hotel, it served our needs as we required a hotel close to the cruise terminal - great location. Check-in/check-out was seemless and communication prior to our stay was sufficient.

We had a very noisy neighbour and could hear everything in the room next door. You also do hear the noise of the pipes from the bathroom which is distracting when trying to sleep, otherwise no other issues.

The room was basic, nice and clean.the two ladies were nice and friendly, spoke very little English, but we got by. The room was a very good price, comfortable.

Not too many restaurants close bye.

The accommodation was fine. It was clean and quite spacious. It suited us for one night as we were joining a cruise ship at Civitavecchia port the next day

The offering was basic with no meal options or in-room tea and coffee making facilities.

No breakfast was served-not even coffee. That was disappointing. The location was great. The locks on the doors were very hard to use.

Quiet at night

Dust coming out the air-conditioning machine, cold room, scaled up shower head and very low water pressure.

Was ok, for a one night stay. Was 2 blocks from the port. The receptionist was very friendly. The room and bathroom was clean.
