No bell boy, ten steps to the room carrying luggage wasn’t fun. Room was kinda small. We had dinner included in our room rate paid in advance only to find out that our menu choices was limited knowing there was another menu with better options was irritable and kind of discriminatory

Unfortunately we were on the 3rd floor which is directly underneath some form of restaurant / dining area, meaning we struggled to sleep because of noise of the constant scraping of chairs on the floor, and noise of guests. Made it difficult to sleep at times.

Hotel is getting a little dated. Rooms are small and some don't have a fab view. Hotel is so good we wished the bar could be updated as it's a small enclosed room. That aside, even with these comments they all didn't detract from a superb stay.

Location is perfect for short walks to all the main tourist attractions in addition to a main square where you can catch a bus (tourist bus) to all destinations of interest. The rooms are small but clean and tucked away so it's nice a quiet at night (no traffic or human noise). Breakfast is continental which made a nice change for us from the usual 'full English' although there is scrambled egg and small bacon cuts from a hot plate. We went half board and wow were we pleased we did that. The food in the hotel is fab and possibly the best pizza we've eaten. It took away the challenge of being a tourist and going around the plethora of restaurants that try to entice you in to pay over the odds. I would thoroughly recommend going half-board. After a long day of sightseeing it was so nice to go back to the hotel for some amazing food on the roof-top terrace which then only had a few meters to our rooms. What has to be mentioned are the superb friendly staff. Simply brilliant which made our stay so much more enjoyable. As we left we all said good-bye which isn't something we normally do, but wanted to. You won't go far wrong by choosing this hotel.

During our stay there was always some strange smell in the room. At the dinner, waiters could be a little more considerate of Halfboard guests.

Room is really big, bathroom is beautiful. Everything is super clean and immaculate. Shoutout to maids. Staff at the reception is really kind. Location is perfect, metro and bus station are really close. Breakfast and dinner are ok, nothing special.

Lift was a bit small but easy enough to take the stairs.

Friendly staff made us feel very welcome, clean, comfortable with a lovely restaurant. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Rooms are a nice size, great location within 10 min walking distance of Trevi fountain, very reasonably priced. We will be back.

The interior is a bit dated but the real issue and danger is the bathroom! It is very big and new but very uncomfortable. There is very little counter space, no hooks even to hang the hotel towels. The tub is very slippery, even dangerous. More importantly, there is an additional hand-held shower head and hose which sits on the bottom of the tub. It prevents you from getting fully under the shower, it is a tripping hazard, and even if you want to use it, there is no place to hook the shower head to wash your head with it. The floor of the tub and bathroom is also slippery and requires caution. The room also offers very little surface or hooks to leave your things. Not recommended for anyone elderly or with mobility issues!

The hotel has great location. All the staff is very kind. The room was not small, everything was very clean and the breakfast offered something for everyone.

We had the Deluxe room with stairs in the room which was really cool and a beautiful view from the window, the bad was very comfortable too! breakfast was classic! great coffee and cheez and some pastry too the stuff were amazing and so kind!

Biggest thing was steps on floor to get to our room. Awkward for hauling luggage and harder when you’re tired later in day.

Very good location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very convenient to metro and some good, inexpensive restaurants within a couple of blocks. A couple of minor quirks - some steps on your floor to get to room, doors which dont automatically lock on closure but need to be locked with your key. But overall, a very good place to stay.
