*Highly Recommended Hotel!* We stayed at the hotel for several nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the breakfast is excellent and varied, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The entire staff was kind and helpful, and a special thank you to Barbara who was simply amazing – professional, patient, and went above and beyond to assist us. We truly appreciate it 🙏🏻 Highly recommended and we’d be happy to return!

Great location, room was lovely and so were the staff

The location was central in the centre of the old area with abundant shops and restaurants

The forcourt area was tired but in general okay

Perfect location right next to Spaccanapoli. Okay breakfast and clean rooms. Everything you need for a stay in Naples.

The pillows. Too flat.

Place was kept up very nicely, and the people were awesome. Breakfast was wonderful, also as were the breakfast staff! Location was also awesome - just up 1 block and you were at the best shopping and sightseeing areas.

We loved our stay here. The location was great in the heart of the historic town.

Overall it was in a good location, within walking distance from all major attractions, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were a great, spacious for Italy standard and also very comfortable beds & pillows. The AC also worked well. The decor in the hotel is also beautiful and the entire hotel is very clean. From the rooms to the shared spaces. The breakfast was also very good with many selections of hot and cold buffets. As for location, it was just steps away from Spaccanapoli, with great restaurants & shopping nearby.

Neither of these comments are directly related to the hotel, but did effect our stay. The street leading to the hotel was very narrow, so one taxi driver dropped us off at the bottom of the street so we needed to lug our suitcases to the hotel for about half a block. And another taxi had a slight accident trying to get up the street. Also, while the hotel was beautiful, there were homeless people in the front area of the hotel, some would sleep there while others would ask us for money every day. While this is not a hotel issue, it did make us cautious every time we walked out of the hotel.

Breakfast could be improved.

Very elegant hotel with an excellent location. Highly recommended.

Best variety of breakfast items. The quiche was amazing. Fresh bakery products, yogurt, meats and cheeses. Something for everyone. The location was ideal for being in the city center but not noisy. And easy to get to by taxi from the airport.

Nothing. Beautiful spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. We will stay here again on our next visit to Naples.

The staff was very nice. The room was beautiful. The location was away from the center, but within walking distance to all the restaurants.

Safe did not work. We asked for a boxed breakfast because we had to go to the airport, but only got coffee and yugurt.

Excellent location in the heart of the historic centre so walkable to lots of places of interest and eateries. Staff were friendly and helpful. Large, beautiful room and great facilities. Breakfast was very good.

The mattress was a big hard for me - but I appreciate this is a very personal thing and it would suit many people!
