It’s ok. A bit outdated but clean and has everything we needed for a night stay.

Stayed here while traveling on the motorcycle. It was a perfect place to stay with incredible views. The staff were helpful and was good value for money, especially when you consider where you are staying! Well worth the money!

    None!

Perfect location at the top of the Stelvio pass. It's nice to be up there in the evening and morning before the crowds arrive. It's very retro in a charming way, proper old school mountain hotel. We were there in the middle of summer yet there were still skiers! We didn't use the pool but did eventually find it. We were there as a family and everyone had their own bed.

Dinner was slightly chaotic and so was breakfast. Get there early as they don't top anything up so you could easily miss out. There's a sort of salad buffet at night and hot breakfast in the morning but didn't ever see them replace the items that had all been eaten. The food was good but most of the menu was off that night. It does have a kind of boy scout kind of feel to the place, fine if you're used to that but in room facilities are quite limited.

As the offers on Stelvio / Stilfserjoch are limited and are all below average, I choose Albergo Priovano. There is a garage for cycles :-). After 17:30h, Stelvio/Stilfserjoch gets calm and you have it for your own :-) That was as well the main reason why I slept there and I wanted to see the sun set / sun rise which was beautiful!

    - The hotel & the room need desperately an upgrade. The whole hotel looks like it has been refurbished in the 80s for the last time... - No sound proof rooms (so bring your ear plugs) - Bed & bathroom were ok - Breakfast was ok, but nothing special (considering that Italy is food paradise...) - Swimming pool was closed (but not particular reason given) - Did not try the restaurant

At the top of the Stelvio Pass it can't be anything other than the top, the view leaves nothing to be desired.

The only thing I didn't like was that it wasn't easy to find the room, we walked around several times and ended up having the receptionist walk us to the room, so a little better signage wouldn't hurt, but the view forgives everything.

    Staff were friendly.

Only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom. Shower needed update. Water leaked after shower and the shower itself was sorry but strange for me Italian style one.

The hotel is very central and the main hotel in the centre of Stelvio.

The restaurant/breakfast room was a large area set up catering for large ski groups. chairs are plastic stackable ones around square tables. Food was passable

The location is fantastic on top of the mountain, and the staff were friendly although English was in short supply.

The beds were rather soft and the heating was turned on high and we could not turn it off, making the room uncomfortably hot. We ended up having to open a window at -3 degrees to get some balance.
