How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

A bit old fashioned but ok for a night.
Stayed for one night as a stopover on the way home. Quiet, free, secure parking Friendly staff.

Quiet part of town near Malpensa. The staff was very nice! So if you are looking for a reasonably place to stay, this is it😀 Private parking behind closed gate. Local pizzeria with excellent pizza right next door.

The room I was given faced the street; late-night revelers temporarily disturbed sleep, but that's not of the hotel's doing.
Staff was truly patient and helpful. Room had basic comforts, but for one night's sleep I was not looking for luxury. Available parking is protected behind locked gate overnight.

Very good and charming place to stay which is excellent value. Staff were really friendly, particularly as I was running a bit late for their normal shouts of check in. Although no breakfast, coffee was available and some lovely local bakeries are within 5 min walk. I would definitely recommend.

It is a very pleasant and quiet location, the rooms are quite spacious and very clean, the staff is more than friendly. I recommend it with great confidence and with all my heart. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

My room was a bit small, but extra space wasn't really on my "needs" list! And the windows could have used screens to keep out the mosquitoes (the weather was superb when I was there, so I opened the window). However, the only real complaint I would have has nothing to do with the hotel at all! One must beware of the local taxis. They WILL jack up the cost of a taxi ride by adding an initial surcharge (10 and 15 euros in my case, doubling the taxi fare).
I needed an affordable place, relatively close to the airport. The local train station has regular trains to Malpensa (the airport). The room was immaculately clean, and comfortable. My room faced the interior courtyard, which was a nice treat.

No possibility to check in after 20.00, I ask for help because my time of arrival was at 21.00 and they told me I will simply couldn't check in and I would loose my reservation and money. They are not willing to help the customer. No possibilities to get water by night after 20.00. Basically after 20.00 the hotel is with no staff.

While it did not bother me, if your room is on the street side, you can hear the traffic very well.
The Staff was very nice, the room clean and there's enough space for the car.

More noise from the street, no buses during Sundays morning to get an airport.
Receptionist was extremly polite and friendly he spent lot of time by helping me and giving my advaice how to get to Exhibition, Center, how to take a bus, train and how to get to an airport... He recommend me even nice restaurants near by. It was nice trip also thanks to the pleasant accommodation. Free wifi and parking. always a nice tidy room.

There were no breakfast facilities. I understood when I booked that breakfast was not included in the price I paid, but the information provided by Booking.com was that breakfast was available and I assumed that I would have to pay for that separately, but I was told that the hotel no longer offers breakfast at all. There did not appear to be any Wi-Fi, and the television reception was very poor, with constantly fragmenting pictures. I was also unable to operate the small safe in the room.
The member of staff on duty at reception was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.
