Everything! Perfect location, exceptional breakfast and staff, ordered our Uber and taxis for us. Nice clean rooms. Helpful even though we did not speak Italian!

some rooms are very old, some are newer. we got a newer room but with a teribble bathroom- at this price, i expected to have a bathroom thath i didnt have to stop the water in order to put soap on my body. after we complained, we were upgraded to a better room which was more than excellent

Location of the attractions are within walking distance and staff always on hand for any questions I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee with a great variety of food.

Location is great steps from Pantheon Trevi and Navona. Walking distance to Roman Forum

Dated. Shower was dangerous for potential falls in that it did not have a curved floor which made it difficult to move around. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Stale croissants, could have used more fresh fruit options. Staff was less than friendly. Would not call to let us know whether or not our requested dinner reservations had been accepted.

The location is near to all places you plan to visit in Rome

The location was the best part, as it is right behind the Pantheon. The staff were very professional and helpful. The rooms were spacious and kept clean.

This is my 2nd time staying at Santa Chiara, and it never disappoints!!! The staff are wonderful and accommodating, the rooms are always spotless, and the location is wonderful, super close and walking distance to the main attractions, good shopping etc. Termini station and Trastevere are only a 30 min walk. A BIG thank you to all the staff and especially Kevin who was so kind throughout my entire stay!

Location - close proximity to monuments all walking distance and air conditioner worked very effectively.

There's not much to note, but the toilet flush button worked intermittently.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, in room fridge and coffee maker, pretty nice staff.

Bathroom (specially shower) were a little cramped. Keeps getting bugs in my room even without opening the window, which was odd.

I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions reason being the staff are always helpful also location next to the pantheon and walking distance to most of the monuments in Rome.
