While traversing Italy, we sought a one-night lodging option, and this establishment proved ideal for our needs. Its proximity to the highway, onsite restaurant, inclusive breakfast, picturesque vistas, clean room, and hospitable staff made it an excellent choice. Regrettably, we missed the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool.

The room is a bit outdated.

Great hotel, comfortable room and good shower. Excellent restaurant - we enjoyed a great meal there. Easy parking. Very friendly staff - particularly the owner / Mr Carlo.

For our purposes, the hotel was in a good location in Otricoli. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and all other staff we came into contact with were also friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, with a beautiful view, and it was lovely and warm. The hotel kindly arranged a kettle for us to make hot drinks, and there was a small fridge in the room, which was very useful. The room was kept lovely and clean during our stay. Unfortunately, as the restaurant only opened in the evening during our stay, we didn’t get a chance to try it - however, it looked really nice.

I did request a first floor room, as there is no lift and the stairs were very difficult for my Mum - however, this was not available due to works being done in the hotel. There are over 30 stairs to get to the 2nd floor, where we were, and other steps to get up to breakfast/down to reception (hand rails are not by all the stairs). However, although we managed the stairs between us, the owner was also very willing to help Mum up the stairs if needed, which was lovely. The shower cubicle looked a bit tired and grubby, and needed some repair work to the tiles. Breakfast was a big disappointment - despite the website saying that it was a ‘very good buffet breakfast’, this was really not the case at all - a few packaged cakes, yoghurt, fruit that was either old or hard, croissants that were frozen and left overnight in the breakfast room if they weren’t consumed that morning, and a tart that was there all week.
