Be aware of some noise as you can hear the corridor easily.

Parking was very difficult. It’s not exactly clear where we could park and it didn’t se possible to “stop” in front and unload because you are stopping in the street. We did find parking pretty far away and luckily it was legal to park there. I don’t “think” we went into the ZLT but not sure. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful..,just know where you are going to and can park if you have a car!

The room was nice and cool and room enough for four people. The location was excellent and we could easily just walk to all the sites. Breakfast was typical Buffett but decent. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful!

No lift and I was with my kids , we had rooms in two side of the hotel at the highest floor so I had to do some sport😉 if you have no problem with stairs it really great hotel

The location of the hotel was great for exploring Sienna. We checked in easily and the staff were all very helpful, even suggesting other things to do. The room was spacious and shower in particular was great! There was also space for us to sit and relax when we weren't out exploring.

The hotel is perfectly located from the bus station, it is only a 4-5 minute walk from the bus station to the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located for walking and exploring the city and local attractions, the staff were excellent and very helpful, the breakfast was great, plenty of food available from the selection of the buffet.

There is not enough parking for everyone. If you are driving, you must contact the hotel and reserve a space.

The hotel is as described, sometimes you think “ within easy reach of the city “ will be a bit of a walk , this was not . A wonderful location for access to the city , the walk to the 1st street was five minutes at the most . The hotel staff were wonderful , the breakfast very good . The bedrooms and bathroom perfect for a short stay. When driving to the hotel take advice from the hotel however you can park right at the front door where they will help with luggage to your room . Again i got lucky and was able to get a hotel car parking space , next door to hotel and super convenient. I would not hesitate to use this hotel again. Top location for a visit to Siena .

The hotel is ideally located on a quiet road just steps from the busy streets of Siena. The charm and details of the hotel were wonderful. The room was clean, and it was a nice size. The hotel offered parking, which is unusual. They also offered gluten-free selections for breakfast. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.
