Everything super - just a little wish: it would be nice to provide perhaps a water bottle or complimentary instant tea/coffee included in the stay.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. Safe inside parking and easy self check-in and out process. Clean, quiet despite being in the very city center. Convenient vending machine within the reception. Lovely gardens a few steps away and super close to Castle, Palazzo dei diamanti and Spazio Antonioni, for a cultural trip.

Although it was useful to have the relax room considering there wasn't the breakfast facility, the coffee machine could do with being upgraded to a pod style with decent coffee. Unfortunately above our room was a very noisy guest, who seemed to sleep unconventional hours. Needless to say we were woken up during every night with him stomping across the floor

The property was situated in the perfect location. Very quiet and convenient for all the amenities. The car park was excellent and access to it and the accommodation was extremely efficient. The room was beautiful and clean with some lovely details.

We did not have breakfast. The location was excellent. The main square with the Este Castle is just down the street. The staff were very helpful answering all of my questions 24/7. The parking is in the private yard so your car is safe.

We only stayed for one night and I feel the host has earned and deserves excellent reviews! Such a beautiful spacious apartment, comfortable and super clean which is most important, style very impressive. Close to old town, easy check in/out. I would definitely recommend it.

Great location in the heart of historic Ferrara. Secure on site parking. Smart check in but our host welcomed us personally and helped solve a problem with the air conditioner immediately. Room was large and comfortable. There were good dining options nearby including a breakfast bar less than 2 minutes away.

Two TINY niggles: There was a slight weird smell in the bathroom: Smelled like a sewage system problem. And the bedroom door was EXTREMELY squeaky, which made it hard to go to the bathroom in the night without waking your partner.

The communication through whatsup was easy and efficient. Also when I needed a refrigerator I consulted the owner through whatsup and immediately was answered. The location, the snacks and fruits at the relax corner. The parking and the easy access to it with the electronic control.

The skylight shades in the top apartment were hard to open and shut. Minor issue which we explained to the staff so hopefully they can make those easier to use.

Three of us stayed one night in this comfortable apartment. The check in process was clear and easy. The video we got prior to arrival was helpful, but there was also someone there when we checked in to explain everything. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Kitchen had everything we needed. A/C worked great. There’s a “relax area” which had snacks and places to sit. Very nice touch after traveling to arrive in Ferrara. The location of these apartments/rooms is great, particularly if you arrive by car. There was free parking in an interior courtyard and we were able to leave the car at 11am prior to getting into the apartment at 2pm. Easy walking into the very center of town. We love Ferrara and go back often. We’ll definitely stay here again. Recommended!

The only potential negatives are really minor (upper bedroom blinds could not be closed completely, some extra toiletries would be appreciated).

This was an amazing stay for the money. This is an almost perfect apartment. You are located in a perfect spot in Ferrara, with great parking and an amazing apartment stylishly decorated with two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen - no expenses seem to be saved for this one. Very quiet and comfy beds. Bonus points for water in the fridge and the whole check-in system which seems really high-tech but elegant. Do read the instructions carefully.

Everything was great.

We stayed in an apartment that could easily host 6-7 people. Very beautiful, elegant, and intelligently furnished with works of art on the walls. Breakfast was offered in a nearby bar (excellent choice). Very near the city center. Easy parking access. Automated checkin but the owner always responded through whatsapp.
