This property is in a great location, it is roughly a 15 minute walk to The Pantheon, 12 minute walk to Castle Sant Angelo, 25 minute walk to the Vatican & 35 minute walk to the colosseum (all with great transport routes in the surround area too). It was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely and it was ideal for a couple of days in Rome. We felt safe and happy in the property, highly recommend.

Please change the pillows in the room they are not nice at all. Very uncomfortable and not nice to sleep on at all.

The lay out of the guesthouse and the rooms were nice. Loved the music theme. Beds were ok as were the bathrooms and showers. Location is excellent everything within walking distance of 15-20 minutes. Lots of food places around and there is a Starbucks around the corner for a morning coffee.

The air conditioner in the room was very old and noisy. It wasn’t possible to adjust the fan. The noise from the AC would wake us up at night, which was the biggest issue for us. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable and worn out.

They allowed us to check in early, which was nice. There was a shared kitchen, and we were free to use it. The location felt safe.

The room was very dark, Bed not so comfortable and price was a little high for what we got, but remember Rome is a very expensive city to stay.

The location was fantastic, i think it’s the perfect zone to stay in Rome to be close from all famous spots but also be far away from all the tourist chaos and be in a nice local neighborhood. Great little bathroom; Having a kitchen was super helpful and barely noticed we were sharing with other guests, also, great communication with staff. Would stay here again.

it could be cleaner, the balcony specifically and the bathrom ceiling next to the window - there was black dust or could not tell the difference. balcony goes on the inside yard of the building - neighbors were repairing something from the morning - door seems to be soundproof btw, just you'll be bothered if u open it. the water temperature changes by itself during shower, the blanket was too thin, I caught a cold - it's partially my fault, I could ask for something warmer but I found out at midnight. overally, it's the great value for money if you want private everything. check out at 10:00 am is a bit too much btw 🫠

Really bad sound isolation, we could hear a couple arguing until late hour. We were also told there was Netflix, which did not work. After we warned the host that it did not work, she said she was going to solve it, and she did nothing

Great location, beautiful building! You can leave your luggage at the small reception before/after your stay, but it is often left unattended, so do not leave very important belongings there, just to be safe.

Great location for exploring all the sites of Rome! Easy walking distance to the Vatican and also back into old town (Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps). Also an easy bus ride to the Colosseum and Roma Termini station (plenty of bus options nearby). There was also a laundromat within 4mins walk that was a life saver for us! Plenty of supermarkets and coffee shops nearby, as well as locally stocked restaurants. The hosts were super communicative and very accommodating for check in and any other questions we had. Would absolutely stay again on our next trip to Rome!

The only thing that was bothering us was the ongoing construction on the building ground floor.

Everything was as we expected. Staff was polite and willing to help. AC and WiFi working perfectly. Good room with private bathroom. Good location close to the city center and Vatican city. Receptionist kindly let us keep our luggage in the facilities after checkout.

- This B&B is located on the 1st floor and you’ll have to take the luggage up without an elevator - The cleaning lady is very rude, speaks to the guests with yelling. Short interaction with her killed my mood - Seems there is no one available for any possible questions. I texted my question on WhatsApp on the number that was previously texting to me, and in 2 days the messages are still not even delivered

The building was a little noisy, with a motor of some kind that went on and off all night. Maybe it was the elevator?

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was in a good location for walking to piazzas, monuments, fountains, the Vatican, etc. We really enjoyed having the well-equipped kitchen to use for making morning coffee and breakfast, the great wifi, and Netflix!

If you cooked in the kitchen, the hood didn’t pull the smoke away, just redirected up and off the stove, resulting in the room getting smoked out and needing to open all the doors and windows. Also the shower was yellow and needed a deep scrub

The road noise was a little annoying in the mornings but it can't be helped. Rooms to be cleaned/serviced was an extra 5€ a day, not overly expensive however would have liked this included as standard.

The rooms were clean and good air conditioning. We liked the location, approximately 10-15 mins walk across the river to majority of restaurants and areas of interest that Rome has to offer. Staff we're friendly and helpful, overall a decent little Guesthouse as a base. Rome is very full on so getting back after a long day/night the free Netflix was welcomed to help unwind and relax.
