It was pretty cool. The city is better than expected, has some movement and nice people It’s very easy and fast to go to Rome… and I made it by car. The breakfast it’s delicious. Has diversed itens like cookies, cakes, tea, juice and amazing capuccinos 😅 I’ve just add a few normal breads for the people that want to eat it with butter, per example. The cleaning room is good. They make the beds, pick the garbage, restock the towels, etc. Those ladies were pretty kind with us.

We liked everything.

We liked EVERYTHING. Location is great—center of town. The room was updated and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best we have had, with a variety of offerings. The host was attentive, responsive to communication, and made sure we were taken care of. He made us feel at home. He recommended a nice restaurant and made reservations for us. If we had not had reservations, we would not have been able to get in as they were full and turning away clients. Great place for Via di Franscesca peregrinos to stay!

Easy check in and wonderful host. I had to leave early in the morning and he made sure I had food the night before. Walking the Via di Francesco, it was a perfect place to stop.

We are walking the via San Francesco. The location was steps from the end of our day's walk. The facility is newly renovated. The host family worked hard to help us. The breakfast was plentiful and had more options than we could possibly eat.

The breakfast was awful. The pastries were old and reheated. One of them was already growing mould. The dining space is depressingly empty, looks like a hospital waiting room.

The location was excellent, right in the centre of Monterotondo. The staff was very polite and helpful. The bed was quite comfortable.

The most annoying was the noice you can hear from everywhere. From the outside but it was logical when you have accommodations in the city center. But from the inside where you could hear each step people accommodated next to or when the staff were preparing breakfast etc. The worst experience was the terrible noise from the toilet, after each flushing you can hear (and everyone who lives within 100m around) a scary noice which took half an minute after water tank was refilled. The kitchen accessories could be equipped a bit better (just two spoons and cups). The biggest disappointment was the breakfast- it wasn’t fresh at all! For example the sweet part (cakes, muffins, buns). It looked like it was bought day or two days before and warmed up before serving. Even though I pointed out that day before, the next day the situation was the same.

the room felt a bit like a basement. there was a window on top of the bed but this Leads only to a tiny inner courtyard. opening the window led to an immediate moscito invasion. that in combination with the unattractive pricing would lead me to chose another option next time.
