I would just recommend different door locks on the doors to the room. But everything was absolutely amazing.

Service: Ms Alessandra exemplifies high quality client care and responsiveness that makes you feel exclusive yet close. She is thoughtful - she communicated and prepped our check in details in advance so that we don't need to wait, responsive - generally replied responsively even on a Saturday morning on some urgent inquiries, professional - she ensured we knew the details including operating the security system before leaving, and personable - she was engaging. If we could, we would give her a 11/10! The location is central and very convenient, located a 3 min walk from Duomo and surrounded by shopping belts that are within a 5 min walking radius to reach. Public carparks are within easy walking in a safe environment and guarded by gates and PIN. An unassuming but great Parma region restaurant just across the road (photos attached) - drink the wine from bowls! A Carrefour convenient store that is just 3 min across the road. Lots of furkids and pet friendly folks on the streets :) Great for morning walks and jogs around the area. There are other joggers and bikers in the morning. Bfast restaurants with espresso and croissants open by 730am - join the morning crowd!

The decoration of the rooms were quite chic, but there were small scratches and discolorings, which can easily be taken care of.

The location was convenient, most places was accessible on foot.

Rooms have some street noises, light control panel is using old smart home console design and not very straightforward to use.

Can't beat the location, super close to Duomo and shopping centers. Staff are friendly and responsive.

The apartment was very clean and spacious in terms of area and number of rooms. The living room was larg and had a dining table. All cooking supplies were available in the apartment. The location of the apartment is ideal and it has a private parking space ( paid parking ). Very close to center. Thanks for all the staff, all of them were very nice.

We had issues with wifi.It didn't work at first, only after a conversation with the manager did we manage to get more reliable WiFi access. The apartment was rather small for 3 people, even though it was advertised for 3.

The location was a cracker, right in the middle of everything. We enjoyed the ambience of the area and proximity to a big range of eating places. Being close to the Duomo was beautiful, such an amazing building.

A little disorganized with the communication. At least 3 different people sending messages via WhatsApp and booking.com and they don’t communicate with each other. They were confused when I was arriving even though I already messaged them an updated time a week in advance. They also messaged me about check-out and hope I enjoyed my stay before even checked in. The self check-in instructions was sent via a large video file 2 minute video and with my slow international data, I had to stand outside to download the video for 5 minutes. Would have preferred written instructions. They also sent me their messages in Italian and no English translation until I messaged them the day-of that I’m arriving.
