Hi Lucie, I sincerely hope that you can one day stay in a facility that is really worth 3/10. The bed you slept on is also bigger than the standard ( it is 160 cm by 200 cm ), but maybe you were expecting a king size, I don't understand why, it doesn't say anywhere. The freestanding washbasin, you may not like it, but to include it as a reason for negative judgment seems excessive to me. The street noise, is due to the bus stop near Almica24. For the future, I advise you to better inform yourself before booking, otherwise you put people's work in a bad light just because of your personal mistakes in booking. I also take this opportunity to remind you that you left only 3€ tourist tax instead of 12€ as stated in the reservation details, I should have understood from this small gesture your lack of seriousness in the evaluation
