Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomReceived the details on a link, which needed to be opened each time to refer to. Difficult to understand the address, taxi driver found it difficult to locate property as its in a one way zone. At night time, the lights were off so had to use phone torches to guide ourselves to the property and guessed which flat to open ( instructions didnt mention name of flat and 2 of them opp each other). Also no emergency number to contact on watsapp, need to rely on messaging on booking website. The QR code on wall didnt work for us, which had instructions to property.
Spacious property, clean and ease of access to train station and nearby metro, within 7-10 min walk. Very good for use by family. Overall a good experience.

MontenegroCleaning isn't very good. We got only one big and one small towel per person, and only one paper; for 5 nigts. We expected more because we paid 100 € for cleaning. There were ants also, mostly at the kitchen.
Location is OK, contact persons from apartment rent Team were nice and available all the time. That's why I'm leaving very good score.

PakistanApartment needs some more equipment in kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom and toiletry supplies were limited and there were no extra pillows, bed linen and duvet.
The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. We liked the large balcony like windows. Location is wonderful in the center of Milan's Porta nova district. Metro stop and local trains station was few meters away.

UkraineFrom 8am you will hear construction sounds all day long. There is no balcony nor a full window for ventilation, only air conditioning. The window from the room overlooks the passage, so people will be walking by all the time. This leaves you feeling comfortable. Very weak internet, you have to look for a place in the apartment where it works
Location 15 minutes from Milano Centrale and 25-30 from the city center. Very clean. enough dishes and appliances for cooking and living (there is a hairdryer, iron, washing machine, full kitchen). Metro station 5 minutes walk

New ZealandAs with most places we have stayed in Italy, the electrical wiring is hit and miss and we were advised that we should only use one appliance at a time or we could trip out the power. There were quite a lot of rules with this booking: sort the waste, don't overload the power, no marks on the walls, do the dishes etc, and I am fine with all of that but when you are not provided with a tea towel to dry the dishes or other substances to clean pots and pans it is very hard to comply. The property offered laundry services but the iron dripped profusely when used on the steam setting so was very hard to use. Given the big focus on sterilizing the property it was big disappointment to see such a big build up of mould around the shower tray. If dealt with on a regular basis this is very easy to keep under control There was a limited supply of everything; 2 rolls toilet paper, 1 tiny bar of soap and no other toiletries, 1 dish washer tablet, 1 washing machine tablet and a tiny bottle of dish washing liquid
There was very little to complain about with this property. The apartment is modern and close to the public transport links. It has a washing machine, which was a bonus for us as we are travelling for several months. Has a lift , which is a big bonus when you have gotten used to lots of stairs (often narrow).

the location was excellent, close to a metro station. the flat was very clean and bigger than expected and very quiet. it was very easy to access the property when i arrived late at night, as the host left directions on how to receive the key. overall we loved the apartment.

United StatesCon: Although not a deal breaker, the shower is small, as the entrance is only a few inches longer than a foot. The shower overall is a tight fit. Mind you I am a skinny young man myself, so you can imagine how it is for others. No other issues.
Pro: Communicating with JOIVY staff was a smooth experience, helped me find a location to drop off our luggage before 15:00, the check in time. The room was fair and comfortable. The amenities were fair and just what we needed. Location was great as it was a 16 minute walk to the central train station and a 6 minute walk to the local train station. The food options around the apartment were wonderful!

MalaysiaThe house rules is too strict and rigid. Sure we know we hv to pay for any damage done but not listed one by one like rules. So, we dare not touch anything even the kitchen. The sliding door of the bath is tilt but we dare not fixing it. The water splitting out since the door cannot be close.

BulgariaThe temperature in the apartment could not be increased above 19 degrees Celsius. Called the assistance number and got an instant response, however the temperature could not be increased during my short stay and additional blankets were not provided overnight. I would suggest additional heater to be fitted and the installation in the apartment can not provide a comfortable temperature. Also a toaster and a kettle in the kitchen will give some more comfort.
The apartment is located on a quite street not far away from Milano Main train station and also 1.7 km from the center area where is the famous cathedral which is a pleasant walk through some beautiful streets of Milano. The apartment was very spacious and clean and had most of the facilities required. The instructions for the self check in were precise and clear. Assistance was available over the phone on two occasions.
