perfect location to old town and breakfast was downstairs

Location is incredible. The views of the piazza and the anfiteatro are amazing! The property is really big, my family really enjoyed it.

It was a little hot during our stay even though the AC was on.

Clean, views of the piazza/amphitheatre, lots of room, close to all attractions, great value, in historic city center.

The ceilings were so high and we were there on 100 degree days that the AC didn’t cool down the room. No screens on big balcony door couldn’t open for cross breeze as bees would come in. Had to park in lot about 10 min walk away. Hardly any metered street parking due to construction.

The area in middle of historic area, the room was spacious, clean. Nice balcony and view.

A/C does not keep room cool, at all. The bed / mattress uncomfortable! The lights do not auto turn on when entering the bldg but they do turn on auto as you approach reception and room.

We had a lovely stay in Lecce. Location was ideal and was very central.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, wouldn't really class what was on offer as a breakfast

Location is brilliant. Right on the central piazza. Room was large, clean and comfortably.

Two downside issues: • They market themselves as a bed and breakfast. It is not. Their idea of supplying breakfast is to give a €5 p.p. voucher to a Cafe which does not even cover the cost of a croissant and coffee. • No coffee facilities in the room, only tea

Location & room was good

When i book a room i ensure a couple of things are available. Coffee & tea facilities are available being one.. No coffee & no tea or milk (chamomille doesn't count). Bath is another. We enquired about both missing items & got negative responses. Ok you explained there is a water shortage (should remove bath from facilities). Also because you don,t supply coffee, the 5 euro voucher you supply per person for breakfast at the cafe down stairs get used up on said missing coffee. Might also want to remove car 9parking from the facilities also.

The location is very good, close to everything. Room is quite spacious, room and bathroom were clean. There is a nice caffe down the B&B, where we had nice breakfast.

I regret it was not mentioned before that the square and around were under construction. Would be nice to add a light in the room since it was a little dark. A little minus was also the automatic light in the bathroom, it would switch off after quite a long time, so during night it is not very practical.

someone came into my room with no notice or explanation while I was out which made me very uncomfortable, left me not feeling safe. housekeeping did a poor job, did not take away dirty dishes, and did not leave clean towels. management became increasingly hostile when I contacted them to let them know there was no Wifi, the AC barely worked but made a constant whistling noise. 4 am doors constantly slamming even though there is rules for quiet time. all in all I departed early because I didn't feel I was getting any value for the money I spent.there was not enough Wifi to watch tv without constant buffering, and the picture kept pixalating.

Paid Breakfast - joke. 5euro coupon per person - coffee cost 3euro, which means that if you want to eat sandwich then you have to pay by yourself . Unfortunately my message to contact person was read and ignored . 2nd bed condition is poor, you fell all metal part - mattress should be replaced

The location cannot be beat. We sat on our balcony every night to watch the people go by in the square. There was always street music for entertainment.

The location is super and in the heart of the historic centre. Everything is walking distance.

The restaurant's garbage bins were located below our window, and at night they kept opening and shutting them.

We didn’t realise how the ceiling window would be the only window in the room and we couldn’t open it.

Located opposite the Roman Amphitheatre, on one of the main squares in the old town. A breakfast voucher was provided for the cafe below, a basic coffee and pastry were available for the voucher amount - if you wanted more a supplement was payable.

Problems with the shower - couldn't turn it on without being soaked and couldn't have a shower without getting hair wet !

You can not get a better family accomodation in the very heart of Lecce. The view is amazing. The apartment has extremely high ceiling making it a perfect duplex with 2 full size double beads. The location is central, making all of the historical center of Lecce within a 5-10 minutes walk. The breakfast is provided in the caffe in the next building with the same name (using 5EUR vouchers per person), and the options to choose from are huge, both savory and sweet. The caffe staff is also extremely polite and helpful. I recommed this to anyone visiting Lecce, for a true city experience.

Maybe some kind of ventilation for the toilet would make it even better.

The room / suite was big but impractical. No bureau to put your clothes. We couldn’t hang our clothes without using a pole . Lighting was not adequate for us. We prefer brighter rooms. The room had a wet spot on the ceiling which should have been fixed.
