We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomNiccolo was extremely welcoming and informative before we even arrived at the hotel. He was always very accommodating and helpful. Very informative and helpful with suggestions of what to do whilst visiting Florence. The other staff were also friendly. The rooms were very clean with great storage and toiletries great quality. The beds were etreamly comfortable. Tea, coffee, and cold water available 24hours a day. Extra care given by umbrellas also being provided. An iron and ironing board was also available to use. Having a lift to transport luggage was extremely helpful. Breakfast provided is amazing! Everything was very fresh and plentiful daily and staff were happy to alter what they could to meet our needs. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Firenze on foot. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend.

United StatesThe check in was a little chaotic, I wasn’t given specific instructions on how to enter into the building and was yelled in the face by an angry neighbor so that wasn’t a great first impression, but it didn’t detract from my experience.
Great location, communicative responsive host who was very accommodating and reliable. The room was perfect, with a cozy bed and very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again. Loved my stay.

Perfectly clean. One of the highest standards I see in Europe. Breakfast was nice. Şima, Alberto and Niccolo were super friendly. Location is perfect, walking distance to everywhere. Room has good interior design. They give good tips about the city.

The hosts of this BnB are very friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and thanks to newly installed windows, it was well soundproofed. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The location is highly convenient—easily accessible from the airport or train station via Tram Line 2—and just a five-minute walk from the Cathedral. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of charm. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, so close to everything. Nothing we wanted to see was more than a 20 minutes walk, most things were 5 minutes away. Staff were so friendly and helpful from breakfast service to helpful tips. Room was compact but had everything we needed.
