United KingdomWhen we arrived our aircon wasn't working, it was hot! We changed and went out coming back late after dinner, tired and hot. Now the aircon wouldn't turn off!! The room was freezing all night. We didn't let anyone know this at the time as we had extra blankets and just wanted to sleep. We informed reception in the morning?.
Friendly staff, location. Nice comfy bed.

United KingdomThe hotel had closed their dining room until further notice, which was a shame as we understand that the restaurant food was well known to be extremely good. One day, without any notice they closed the hotel swiming pool for which we complained. The pool was open the following day. At night the temperature dropped during mid September. We had to ask for a blanket for the bed, which in a 4 star hotel, should have been anticipated. Maybe we are nit picking, but a 4 star hotel in the centre of this beach resort should have been in a position to serve lunch or dinner, rather than simply bed and breakfast. We could not complain about the staff at the hotel, who from the chamber maid up to the management were charming, helpful and delightful. We would definitely stay at Hotel Ambasciatori again
The breakfast was excellent. Buffet style. The head waiter was excellent at his job, even remembering that my wife liked a pot (Not a cup) of tea each morning. There was something for everyone including a whole honeycomb with sensational honey. Couldn't fault the quality of everything and the very well trained and delightful staff. Beautiful building, spotlessly clean and in a very central location in Rimini with lots of outstanding restaurants close by.

LithuaniaThe room could be larger, it appeared to be a double persons room for three adults. Moreover the stairs on the entrance could be delimited by bright lines as it was hard to differentiate each of them while walking, especially with sunglasses.
The hotel is located at excellent location, and the food was excellent. The staff was friendly, especially thanks to Giovanna and Alessandro for their kindness.

Czech RepublicREAD IT!! We booked a room with a balcony and we get room WITHOUT a balcony we phone the reception they said maybe tomorrow we will change your room. We said okay the next day they really changed our room but! The first night as we came to our room there wasnt blankets we called reception again they said no because ITS SUMME ONLY IN THE WINTER YOU CAN HAVE A BLANKET are you serious!?? We are your clients who paid 2000 euros for a small room and we can’t even get a blanket!?? Breakfast breakfast is horrible all what we can have is omelet ham some fruits horrible yogurt and dry pancakes!?? Everyday!? Are you kidding me everyday the same food!?? One time we wanted to go on a dinner in the hotel we paid for it after it 170 euros and we ate 3 portions of grilled calamari’s and shrimps my sister also ordered a raviolli BUT they didn’t even warn us that there are only 2 raviollis! And those 3 portions of calamaris and shrimps it’s not that bad but! It’s a really small portion just for a 1 person and we paid 170 EUROS FOR IT! JUST TO GO TO ANOTHER PLACE ALL HUNGRY? Pool closes at 19:00 For the hotel beach we also have to pay! I was in lots of hotels and everywhere beach was free to the guests from the hotel. No room service. We paid 2000 euros and we didn’t like it at all.
There was cleaning lady and she were the best there we talked with her while she was cleaning our room her name is Svetlana yes that’s all we like also maria on the reception.
