The beds made screeching noise once we moved. The room was not spacious enough for 5 people.

The room was extremely clean. We had a bunch of towels and everything smelt nice. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very kind. The parking was also good. Great experience.

- odd smell in the elevator (like vinegar) - limited breakfast options - aircon way an antiquity - everything was once ok but now looks just outdated.

The Hotel is a long walk away from the centre, the staff were very helpful for taxis but it was not so easy to secure a taxi from town back to the hotel, as it was the Miglia 1000 and taxis were in short supply! I struggled with that as I have 2 damaged feet from a car accident. But it did not spoil the trip. Just love the Italians everyone was so charming and helpful.

The air conditioning was a bit dated & on a hot day might not cool down enough. But we don’t have a major issue because of this.

Great ambience to the property. We really liked the tastefully designed hotel all the way from the reception area to the lobby & the corridors. Decent breakfast. It is located in an upscale neighborhood and is a short drive away from the city center ( or a tram ride).

Since I was traveling for business an accessible desk in the room would have been good. The shower entry was different. This was still an excellent hotel and I would stay there again!

Breakfast, Bar, and the Staff were friendly and outstanding! I like the fact they will still hand make cappuccino for breakfast. I loved the staff and management. The free outside parking and parking garage were very nice and easily accessible.

I'm a small-sized woman, I had a big luggage that weighed around 29 kg, and I had to carry it up and down 3 stairs to get to the elevator. Plus the porch of the main entrance is also so rough that you need to pull up your luggage to get in and out. Hope the hotel takes my comment seriously and puts a slide or anything to make the entry and the left easier.

It was unclear that payment could only be made by credit card. I could not use my debit card to pay for my room, so had to borrow my partner's card to pay with.

The breakfast selection was varied and fresh. There was also oat milk available for those who may prefer it or need it. Staff were very helpful, patient and accommodating even when I had an issue securing the room payment with my bank card. The room was clean and comfortable and was an ok size for a single room.

To change the temperature of the room, I was able to relay only on window, the cooling system didnt work.

I’m not a breakfast person and would have preferred an option without breakfast.

Restaurant lunch/dinner not available at weekend - although others very nearby, walking distance so ok. Breakfast choice reasonsble, self service, including tea and a coffee machine. Better coffee from bar which was requested and obligingly provided as part of breakfast. Hinges inside wardrobe were unexpectedly oversized. Knocked myself on 3 separate occasions.

Staff VERY helpful in all matters, including support to organise local services eg emergency dentist. Relaxing lounge areas, quiet atmosphere
