Simply amazing

It is nicely renovated, both room and bathroom are very modern and in perfect condition.

The pack of prosciutto was expired in the fridge, (part of the breakfast packaging), I got very sick, threw up all day, as I did not recognised it at first. Unfortunately, I was happy to survive so forgot to take pictures of the expiration date, but please check before you fill the fridge!

The host Michaela is very nice, friendly and polite. Room is very nice, everything perfectly clean bathroom very nice and big. Parking space available with additional fee. Ok location for walk to the city center. Host prepared many things in the fridge as a breakfast. Coffe was good too.

There is a crazy loud mobile AC - it is not possible to sleep with this noise.. Also because of this AC window cannot be closed so it was very loud from the street during the night - we could not sleep almost, even the bad was so comfi! And there is not day light in the room during the day because of the same window problem!

The day of the check-in, the host messaged us to say the air conditioning wasn't working due to building maintenance. These renovations must have started after we booked. She provided us with a small fan but it wasn't very helpful with daily temperatures in the mid and upper 30s. The window shutter also didn't work, preventing us from closing it during the day and fully opening it during the night. There was no air circulation in the apartment and it was so hot in the room that we couldn't sleep all night long. So the next day, we had to move to another hotel. The host has now updated the listing and removed the air conditioning from this room. AC issues aside, the apartment is nice. The bathroom is great and spacious. Everything was clean. The breakfast is self-served with packaged food and coffee pods. The apartment is on the third floor, no elevator. I want to acknowledge that Michaela was very sorry about the inconvenience and tried to ease the discomfort. We were hoping to have a significant discount or a partial refund for the lack of AC, but nothing. The situation was just unfortunate.

Fantastic breakfast - host very kindly left plenty of options in fridge and tea/coffee. Host also was flexible with our late flight arrival and easy to contact. Property is nicely decorated and kitchen/living area is large and a lovely touch. We felt very welcomed. Easy to find (currently building works ongoing but this did not affect us). 15-20 minute walk to water front and restaurants.

Shower could’ve been cleaner but bathroom was nice. The aircon comes from outside so smells of egg at times.

The room feels like a small apartment and it is quite spacious. Bathroom is also very spacious. The room is fully equipped and allows you to do groceries. Breakfast is included. The area is quiet. Importantly, the apartment is super clean. Lady of the house is friendly and responsive on WhatsApp

Some renovations were going on and the airconditioning didn’t work. A fan was provided instead but, albeit with the best intentions, it doesn’t provide the same climate control. I would have appreciated a heads up or an option to cancel or get a discounted stay. The location is good for those who like to walk (20 minutes to old town), but the area itself is a not super interesting and no restaurants around

The space was perfect for a couple, very spacious and very comfortable. Our host was incredible and stayed up for us even though our flight was delayed 2 hours and we didn't arrive until 1:45am, she was lovely and along with the room being in great condition, I would highly recommend.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was enough and good.

Very spacious and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

The flat is very well equipped and cleaned. The owner was extremely kind and available to wait us until late and responsive to any need :) breakfast was amazing and very rich!

It may be good to add few sweet gluten free products in the breakfast and some milk, but we are very happy with the stay

Everything! The building is under refurbishment (on hold at the moment), but the room is clean and spacious, and the place is safe. Micka is super friendly and helpful! Loverly host!

The building is under refurbishment... like a site construction... order than that we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice apartment, with good equipments and nice decoration. Breakfast is good and done in total autonomy

It was very hot in the apartment, but was also a very hot period!
