The location was great, the same street where is Pisa tower. The owner was very kind and helpfull. He was there for check in, explained everything about accomodation and suggested where we can go and what we can visit. The appartement was very clean, comfortable and cosy. We had wonderful experience staying in Ammodino my Tuscany home.

The only small discomfort we experienced was that occasionally, when vehicles passed by, we could feel a slight vibration. However, this did not significantly affect our stay.

I would like to sincerely thank the hosts of this wonderful hotel in Pisa. Everything was exceptionally clean — both the rooms and the common areas — and you can truly feel the care and soul that went into creating this place. It has a warm, homely atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment. The location is convenient, the welcome was kind and attentive, and everything is arranged in a thoughtful and cozy way. It’s clear that the hosts put their heart into making guests feel at home. We like everything.

Great location, very clean, close to everything in Pisa city. Carlo was an amazing host, kept in contact before we left the uk. When we landed Carlo picked us up from the airport for a small fee which for us was so convenient & took the stress out of trying to find the apartment in the pouring rain. Carlo was very welcoming, gave us lots of information locally & was available by WhatsApp if we needed anything. I highly recommend the stay.

We were very happy with everything.

The apartment was lovely and the host was exceptional. We arrived on a late night flight, which was subsequently delayed. We had prearranged with our host to collect us from Pisa airport, which he did with a warm welcome, despite the delay and late hour. He was them so helpful at getting us settled in to the apartment. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and well equipped. It was lovely to have the shared outdoor space. The location was superb.

The property is in a great location close to the tower and centre. The owner was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He picked us up from the airport which was really handy. The rooms have great character.

Location was really good, short walk to attractions. The hotel and room were very clean, room was spacious and had air conditioning. The host was really helpful. The hotel had access to free filtered drinking water.

There was nothing to dislike, everything was perfect.

It is a small family business, Carlos was an amazing host, gave us lots of information, he also provided us with airport drop off. Breakfast was provided if required at a small cost and there is a lovely courtyard to sit and have a drink. Our room was very stylish and clean.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

There are not enough stars for this property. The host was beyond hospitable. Genuinely one of the nicest hosts I have ever met. The rooms are just right for a few days in Pisa. Comfy beds, the best pillows I think I’ve slept on ever and a perfect location with the tower a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend and already planning a way to come back!

Great host. He went out of his way to help us after our flight was delayed by three hours. It’s also a 15 minute walk to the tower so just far enough from the madness. The room was modern and spotless. Book the room with a terrace.

Perfect accommodation for a trip to Pisa - around the corner from a train station & 5 minute walk from leaning tower. The host was extremely helpful, he also provides coffee & cold drinks for a small cost. Wish I could have stayed longer.

However, we were surprised to be charged €20 in tourist tax for two people per night, which felt quite excessive.

We stayed at this accommodation for just one night. We arrived quite late, so we had to pay €15 for a late check-in. The owner kindly offered us a pickup service at an affordable price. Check-out was also rather early at 9:30 AM. We could leave our bags after check-out, but of course, that came with an extra charge. The rooms were spacious and exactly as described—no complaints there.

The shower door seal leaked, so the bathroom floor needed mopping up after every use.A minor inconvenience.

Carlo, our host provided an excellent breakfast with home made pastries and great juice and coffee. Great location for the Cathedral and Leaning Tower. Host able to take us to the train station at the end of our stay. Much appreciated.

Our room was located at a busy intersection. This did cause some nuisance at night, with earplugs in it was fine.
