Elena and her mother keep the property in a very good condition. Rooms are stylish, bathroom is nice and amenities are good. They provide very nice buffet breakfast and you can find all day coffee, drinks and snacks in kitchen. The terrace and sun beds are very beautiful with stunning sea view! Very close to the local beach with short 5 mins walk , and 15 mins walk to La Cinta beach too. It is a very pleasant stay with many caring of details from the host. We regret the booking is too short and hope to stay longer next time!

We liked everything!

The property was beautiful—even better than the photos. The view was amazing, there was easy parking, and there were many outdoor seating areas to enjoy. It was clean and updated. We wish we could’ve stayed longer just to enjoy the house more! The hosts were very friendly and helpful and we felt comfortable staying. The house is located on a residential street, but a very close walk to the town which has a lot of restaurants and bars and there is even a small beach walking from the property. In general, the area was centrally located to a lot of other towns and activities/beaches. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay at Amoreddu again! This was our favorite hotel of our Italy trip.

Wow - what a wonderful stay we had at Amoreddu! Firstly, Elenor, our host, was absolutely incredible. She welcomed us warmly, gave us a tour upon arrival, offered fantastic local recommendations, and even helped us book a restaurant when our broken Italian let us down! The property itself is perfectly located - just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre - yet tucked away in a peaceful spot atop a hillside, boasting breathtaking sea views. There are plenty of sunloungers, tables, swings, and quirky seating areas to soak up the surroundings. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was both generous and delicious, with a relaxed help yourself approach that made us feel right at home. We’d love to return and couldn’t recommend it more highly. Thank you, Elenor!

Stayed for 4 nights beginning of October, the villa is beautiful and photos don’t do it justice! Great views and outdoor areas with a jacuzzi on the top floor too. Light breakfast fab everyday and having access to the kitchen for drinking water, hot drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice and the fridge was great. Quiet location but walking distance to town and La Cinta beach. San Teodoro is lovely, definitely recommend for a good base but recommend a car to venture out! Elena and her mother are brilliant friendly hosts. Thank you :)

Fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. It's evident that property was meticulously designed. It has all the comforts that one needs when on vacation and more. Room was very clean, with a lovely view from the terrace. Guests can also make use of the well equipped kitchen and the jacuzzi which is quite relaxing after a day out. A good breakfast was also served. It's a home away from home, wish we could have spent more days here. We will certainly cherish our memories in this place. If we ever return to San Teodoro, we will certainly book this place again!
