We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLack of kitchen utensils, had to use the eating spoon to cook the ragu!! No chopping board. Curtains could be better as they let in light from the outside lights that are left on automatically all night. The car parking is outside of the gated accommodation but the car seemed safe enough.
Nice sized accommodation. Bathroom good, bed & pillows really comfy. Good croissants & coffee for breakfast. Really well stocked Spar just up the road with exceptionally good range of fresh local pre-prepared food. Very friendly cat 😻

United Arab EmiratesOverall cleanliness. Although our bungalow and pool were quite clean, when we arrived, there were other empty bungalows that still needed to be cleaned. The trash was all over the floor on the patio, which could attract rodents etc... They cleaned them 3 days later when it was time for us to leave.
Spacious bungalow with a stove and microwave. Very safe surroundings for our toddler. Pool was very big and there was even a BBQ for us to use. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings. Only around 10minutes away by car from Punta Secca and around 15minutes away from Marina di Ragusa. Supermarkets not too far by car neither.

MaltaDespite needing a car to go back and forth, the property itself was brilliant. It offered a nice balance, allowing us to switch off and unwind while still being able to connect and explore the area and its surroundings by car. On Sunday, the pool was open to the public, but that did not bother us at all, as all guests were respectful towards one another. Just make sure to stop at the supermarket which is 4 minutes away by car beforehand. The price per night could be reduced due to the lack of room cleaning services and possibly some refreshment given upon arrival.
The perfect stay, super safe, quiet, and comfortable. A job well done and sure to see us again. We traveled with a 6-year-old and could not be happier, but we are also planning to return alone. It’s a perfect holiday destination for all types of travelers and extremely safe. The staff are so kind and attentive to your needs, making sure that the space is always clean, serving us with a smile, and checking in on us. Superb is an understatement!
