There was mold in the shower and there was a problem with the air conditioning. They did eventually fix the air conditioning, but it took several tries and several hours.

It was close to the train station and the staff was extremely helpful.

The shower was very very small. Me and my partner are average size and found it very hard to move around. So if you’re a little bit bigger I would say maybe this isn’t the location for you.

Little dark in the room, but it was ok because outside was very hot. We were at Nahid accomodation, across the street, but is was ok.

Room is enough to stay overnight since most of the day we spent outside. Located near Termini and near local bus stop. Easy to find, good instructions received.

Staff were very attentive and prompt. The AC in our room encountered a problem; but, they readily upgraded our room at no added cost with a super efficient AC. They are very kind, pleasant and attentive. 5* to Mr. Ciao and Mr. Tusher.

We were moved to another property not the Anas prime. The room was clean but basic, only one thin pillow and the bed was uncomfortable. Check out at 10am was early especially when our flight was at night, we were able to store our luggage but desperately needed a shower before our flight.

The air-con was not working very well, it was better to open the window then to use the air-conditioning.

It is Very close to Rome Termini station, and they help you with the bags if you have a late flight after the check out time.

AC was not cooling down, staff said that’s the way it works. We had to keep windows open a little to keep the room cooler.

walking distance to Roma Termini station, staff friendly and accommodating and responsive. Our room was in a different building so we had to carry our luggage twice. Staff helped carry and even gave us bottled water. Room’s ceilings were nicely painted with Rome attractions. The staff let us stay a little longer after 10 am checkout so we can visit one last place in Rome and make it to our 12:30 train.

Room did not have electric kettle and microwave.

Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from termini station. Very safe area, with good restaurants around. Room was cleaned every day and towels changes every day. Always responsive host. Only discomfort was there was no electric kettle in the room and microwave. Other then that everything was just perfect.

The location is perfect, easily accessible; about 50 metres to the bus stop or a 3-minute walk to Termini main station. I walk to the Colosseum and back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is well located, close to the Termini station (5 min walk) and many good restaurants. The room was not exactly like the pictures, it's a little smaller, but overall was pretty comfortable and clean! We would visit it again!
