Smart, fresh, immaculately presented room. Great location to the old city. Easy to find a park outside.

The location is in a walking distance to 'Sassi' in a nice area of the city with many facilities around. Breakfast was served in a bar in front of the property where we could taste a nice variety of sweets as well as great cappuccino. Thank you, Alessandro, we will have good memories about Matera also thanks to a very nice stay in your apartment!

First of all, Alessandro, the host, is absolutely incredible! He’s incredibly friendly, caring, and always ready to help – making your time in Matera as smooth and enjoyable as possible. He even recommended a perfect walking tour tailored to the time we had and personally called top local restaurants to check if they were still open (we arrived very late). As for the suite itself – it’s simply perfect! Brand new, spotlessly clean (like a laboratory!), and extremely well-equipped: a fully fitted kitchen, proper air conditioning in all rooms, an espresso machine with coffee provided, and super comfortable beds. Every detail was thought through. And Matera? Absolutely stunning – a magical city full of history, charm, and breathtaking views. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment is perfect! You won’t go wrong if you book it! Spacious, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The bed is super comfortable! Very good location, a few minutes' walk from the center and close to the only park with a few children's play structures in Matera. The host is very kind and always ready to help. I hope we’ll come back here again.

We have a lot of experience in traveling and can confidently say that this apartment was one of the best places we stayed in. The location of the apartment, impeccable cleanliness, modern renovation and, as a bonus, an aesthetic balcony with a view of myrtle trees. The breakfast is excellent, in a cozy cafe, satisfying any sweet and salty requests. Special mention to Alessandro, our charming host, who was always in touch and helped with any questions. We definitely recommend these apartments!

The property was immaculately clean very near to the centre of the town had all the amenities you could ask for top class for me the host was there at any time I needed him or I was left to my own devices.
