Convenient location with ample but paid parking., Family run business with an excellent restaurant (we had an amazing seafood dinner). Lady boss/chef and other staff warm and friendly. Room basic but clean and functional.

Roadside noise in the evening and taking luggage up flights of stairs (no lift) was hard.

We had a pleasant stay at Pensione Pinna, the location is great, right across the beach and with great views. There is also a restaurant where we had dinner once but we’ve tried better sea food. The breakfast was great.

I think it just need some table lamps and some items to modernise it a bit but i enjoy

Breakfast is something in between Italian and European style. Good coffee. Lift was missing or we just didn't find it. Beach in front of the building, just cross the street.

For 1 night everything was ok.

We were very happy with this hotel. The view is spectacular, the restaurant great, the staff very friendly and helpful and the room very nice.

Great view from small balcony, simple but comfortable room, very good breakfast, dinner was rushed, poorly prepared, and disappointing.

Location, parking and view

the staff and location was great.

our room did not have a balcony which i had been unaware of beforehand. so no where to dry towels/ swim wear . very cramped in the room with 3 people. breakfast was strange but ok

My stay at Antica Pensione Pinna was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The hotel is run by a wonderful couple, and every interaction with them was fantastic. It's evident that they genuinely care about their guests, which is quite rare. Although I'm not sure if the entire hotel staff is family, they certainly give that impression. Everyone is smiling and friendly, attending to their guests from all sides and trying to help in any way they can. Overall, the entire staff provides guest service at the highest level. My expectations were definitely exceeded! The hotel itself is incredibly charming, and I haven't been to a place with such a unique atmosphere in a long time. We had a room with a small window, which was a bit problematic in terms of lighting, but in such a beautiful area, we didn't spend much time indoors anyway. The breakfasts were delicious, and enjoying a cup of coffee while looking at the beautiful landscape was a pure pleasure.

As for minor inconveniences, I think the bed linens could be changed more frequently. It would also be nice if the rooms were equipped with a kettle and cups or glasses. Also our room was a bit dark, which could be improved with additional lighting.

Friendly staff. Breakfast ok, should have water available. Location was great. Parking. Slept well.

Shower door was never attached, strong wifi signal to nothing, food was mediocre, no real window in room, creep paintings. Double bed was 2 twins set together with gap.

We had an amazing view from our balcony. The beach was across the street and was great for snorkelling. Breakfast was tasty.

The place needs refurbishment, furniture is old, air con had isues, breakfast was so so.

Fantastic location, a real guesthouse, easy parking. The on site restaurant served lovely meals with a view of the sea.

There was an amazing view of castelsardo and the castle, as well as very easy access to the beach! The hosts were also all very nice and accomodating

There was nothing to dislike

The location is perfect, the beach is across the street. Close to the old town. The view from the balcony is stunning. The food in the restaurant is very good. with all this, I am not concerned that there is no elevator to the second floor.

Everything was fine. Rooms are clean, accommodation is near center, has restaurant, beach is across the street. Nothing to complain.
