You have to make a reservation to use the Spa, good on one hand on the other hand we could not get an appointment after our massage.

Comfortable bed, clean room and decent size room for two people! The shower room was great, you can change the light colour based on your mood. Lovely scenery, great staff and service!

The proximity of the hotel reception area to the hotel is quite far and led to confusion at check in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Torre Del Nera Albergo. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The shower water pressure was fantastic. Amazing breakfast selection. We also recommend their restaurant, which so far has been the best dining experience we've had in Italy.

the apartment was amazing for 4 people (even for 6) The Spa was nice, maybe they could add some hydromassage (since there was only 1 station in the pool) Everything was great!

Air con did not work, facilities aren’t open regularly enough. The use of the pool and sun loungers should be included for guests and not charged extra. Spa staff were not friendly.

Beautiful hotel, such lovely and friendly staff. So scenic above a medieval village. Amazing breakfast . We thought there’s an outdoor pool, which there was not, but we used the spa instead (35 euros pp) which was royal and totally worth it.

we found odd that the entrance to the spa is not included to the hotel room rate

the hotel is outstanding. it fits perfectly with the surrounding village. staff was amazing and really helpful. spa was a nice surprise.

We got lost in the town quite a bit finding the reception and our room. It made for part of the experience but a bit more signage would make it better

The spa was excellent and the views from the room were spectacular. The spa was one of the best I've been to. Not many amenities but it has all you need for a relaxing time. The rooms are very traditional but styled well and the bed was comfy.

TV did not work. Water was not hot enough. The shower was super small, with no tab, no proper place, but just a curtain to divide the shower from the wc.

I was shown around the property. pool beautiful deck to sit in the sun . But when I went to the pool you have to book and pay and you can’t sit on the deck . I understand you pay for the treatments. A washing machine but no where to dry clothes. No iron .And you have to take your rubbish with you .

The medieval village which is surrounded by the beautiful green mountains around the area. The village is very well maintained, clean, unique with friendly locals. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and have that antique interior design feel that fits well the medieval location. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning. Next time I will stay a few days as we would’ve loved to have explored the area a bit more and enjoy the beautiful facilities this hotel has to offer. Thank you to hotel staff and management for your warm and friendly Hospitality.
