Everything was perfect!

We stayed two nights at Antico Borgo 7, and I left with a full heart. The location is ideal—just outside the historic walls of Montepulciano, with free parking at the door and the town’s timeless charm only a short stroll away. From the windows, we gazed out at the soul-soothing beauty of Tuscany: gentle hills, sun-drenched vineyards, cypress trees swaying in the breeze… and sunsets that felt like a gift. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, and full of grace—thoughtfully designed, warmly furnished, and full of light. Two lovely bedrooms with cloud-soft beds, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and excellent Wi-Fi. Every room has AC and additional fans for comfort. It felt not like a rental, but like being welcomed into someone’s beautiful home. And then there is Suzy—the heart of this place. From the moment we met, I felt her goodness and warmth. She cared for us with such kindness and generosity. My daughter has severe food allergies, and Suzy not only understood—she made sure my daughter could dine safely and joyfully. She arranged not just one, but several meals for us at Antica Trattoria Il Marzocco, a gem of a restaurant, where the chef was personally informed of every detail. The food was exquisite, the service full of heart, and Suzy made it all feel effortless. Her care went beyond hospitality—it was deeply human, and full of love. I only wish I spoke Italian, so I could tell her in her own beautiful language how deeply touched we were. Suzy is a rare and radiant host. I fell in love with Montepulciano—and if life ever brings me back, I know exactly where I’ll stay. This place, and the heart behind it, will stay with me always.

Water pressure was a bit low. Another pet peeve of mine is rain showers - my question is why are they installed in any shower? Also, we had an issue with the AC being out most of the time we were there. Host did bring us floor fans but the temperature during the day was nearing 40 C a (around 100 Fahrenheit) so was a bit warm (AC was being repaired but unfortunately was not completed during our stay).

Location was wonderful; apartment was beautiful and very well appointed. Host was warm and very helpful. The apartment was close enough to walk to all attractions and had parking as well.

Communication regarding key collection involved quite a few messages and an online time period selection, and we arrived not sure of whether the host would arrive at 3pm or 4pm. Direct communication via email would be preferable, but the host does not speak English. This is perhaps something the host could make easier. Contacting Booking.com is impossible.

Very clean and spacious apartment, and only a 10 minute walk into Montepulciano. Some breakfast items were provided eg croissants which is great if you are only staying 1 night.

Lovely host. Location was very good. 7 minutes walk to the original town of Montepulciano. Able to do our washing as the host provided detergent & showed me how to use the machine. Host provided bottled water. Free parking a bonus.

The property was simply STUNNING! It is even better than what it looks in the photos! Brand new furniture and very big!I think it is the most clean property I have ever stayed!! It is located just a short walk from Montepulciano center and it offers wide parking. Concerning the host, she was simply amazing! Extremely responsive, kind and helpful! She even left us a local wine! We will definitely come back and we are strongly suggesting it to everyone!!

Everything. From arrival the host was amazing, the amenities and atmosphere is so welcoming. Complimentary wine, breakfast, water. I would 100% return, you have everything here that you need for when in vacation. It is also close to the main attractions just 10 minutes walk.

Vere new, clean, comfortable apartment. We felt like at home. Very nice and personal reception, small details (bottle of wine, coffee, jams, etc) made a great plus.

Arrived on the bus very easy to walk to the apartment on foot. Also less than ten minute easy walk into the old town. Excellent location. If this apartment has availability for the dates you wish to stay in Montepulciano book it!

Everything. It was incredibly beautiful and clean. Lots of space and the manager was very kind. Great access to parking and short walk uphill to the city center (but the hill isn’t nearly as steep as the ones in town)! Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment in Tuscany was perfect for my parents and I. I think it would still be perfect for 4 adults. It had everything we needed for a super comfy self-catering stay. We cooked five times in our four-night stay, and it was great. The aircon worked perfectly, and everything was in tip top shape with thoughtful touches throughout. We especially appreciated the abundance of items like high-quality cookware, toiletries, slippers, coffee, milk, tea, biscuits, detergent, jams, butter, towels and more! Suzana was super helpful and quick to respond. We enjoyed watching YouTube videos on the smart TV from the large, comfy couch, and the fast WiFi made it all the more enjoyable. Parking was easy, and we loved the short walk into town. Exploring the grounds with those amazing views of the golden hills was a highlight. Plus, the large grocery shop nearby was really convenient. Overall, it was even better than many hotels. Highly recommend! When we come back to Tuscany, we'd love to stay here again!

The views from windows are amazing and we had a bottle of wine and waters waiting for us when we arrived. Love that ot was A/C in living area and bedroom. 5 min walk to city center
