A really lovely and cozy studio right in the heart of the city! Everything you need is within walking distance, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. We definitely recommend it!

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay. Great location in old town and less than 10 min from the train station. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host thought of everything 😊

Owner was so kind and helpfull. In flat you were able to find anything that you needed and was clean. Location is just in the heart of old town. Heating was ok. Street was very quite. We found pleace in outside of the old town in free parking area and it was quite close. I would come back to this lovely apartment in beautiful Lecce ;)

The trash bag in the kitchen was not empty when we arrived. Also, we could hear everything from the apartment above us, which was not pleasant especially at night.

There was a lot of space and it was really close to the city center.

This is a gem of an apartment for the solo traveller. Just 10 minutes walk from the station, and at the start of a natural itinerary past some of the city's best Baroque landmarks, it is perfectly situated for travel and enjoyment. Also, because it is in a side alley, you enjoy greater privacy, security, and peace at night. Andrea provided all necessary information and more. On checking in, I was delighted by the decor and facilities. You feel in touch with the old soul of the city, while enjoying the mod cons to make your stay comfortable. Though small, the kitchen is neatly equipped for tea, coffee and cooking basic meals. The bathroom is streamlined, again well equipped and modern, the shower excellent, the bed very comfortable. Solid shutters make it possible to block out daylight for a better night's sleep. Recommended strongly for the lone traveller. My thanks to Andrea for such quality hospitality.

Really nothing. It was what I hoped I would find.

The apartment was easy to find, for one. The host sent me pictures and it was identified by signage. The set up is similar to a studio apartment. All the necessary supplies are there. And, there is a heater as well as a warm drying rack and clothes rack.

Everything was perfect, I have no complaints.

The host was kind, patient, polite, willing to help at all times, he made us feel at home, from the first day and before the trip he answered all our questions by message, he was also kind enough to send us the bus and train schedules, we are really very grateful to him. His house is comfortable, the bed is unbeatable, the bathroom is decorated in a modern way, everything was fine, although we were only there for one night, we really had a good time, the attention and the good treatment was the most important thing for me. Well located in the center of Lecce. Clean and very well decorated.

A minor point - the occasional noise from passers by due to the apartment being located on a narrow part of the street. Generally though it was quiet at night.

The apartment was centrally located in the historic centre, very close to restaurants & bars. It was fairly spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely modern bathroom. The mini oven & convection hot plate were very useful too. Our host communicated quickly whenever we had an enquiry & he was kind & generous. The WiFi was also excellent.

Brilliant location, close to the sights and restaurants & bars. It’s an easy walk to the station, too. Being at street level was a bonus for dealing with luggage.

It can be very noisy during the evening and in the early morning because of people making noise in the street and garbage being collected at dawn. Nothing earplugs won't solve, but worth keeping in mind when packing :)

Location wise, there probably isn't a better place to stay. The apartment is in the center of Lecce, but on a small road rather than on the main busy streets. Everything you need is at a max 15 Min walk distance. The apartment is located on the ground floor, but has a sturdy iron gate on the front door and window that made me feel safer as a female traveller at night. Andrea is very attentive to every need! I locked myself outside the apartment and he was able to solve the problem in less than 2 minutes. I highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately I didn't have a good sleep, you can hear absolutely everything from the street, every step like if it was inside. It's not a place for light sleepers.

Kitchen is not good to use even cook a simple breakfast. Most Italy hosts supplied basic water and coffee but here not, especially our first night is Halloween hard to buy. The house is next to the alley, and there is noise from cars or people at night can't sleep well.
