Very good location for Marmolada and other ski resorts in the area. There are a couple of restaurants and a market at walking distance and easy to drive to nearby towns. The studio was well equipped, cosy and comfortable. The owners, Margherita and Carlo very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Well-equipped, clean apartment just 5 minutes from ski lift with connection to Sella Ronda. Staff was super friendly and helpful. You can order fresh pastry for breakfast. Ski room and large parking lot. Will definitely come back.

The internet connection worked great during the day, but in the night it gets overloaded with all the people using it. Maybe adding an extra router would help.

The property is easy to find, located close to Malga Ciapela, a good starting point for many ski circuits. The bus station is just across the street and you can also go to explore Civetta. The hosts are both really nice; they offered us a lot of great tips regarding the area and they even have great breakfast options.

The apartment is located in the charming fairytale village of Sottoguda. It has an excellent location, just 5 minute drive to the gondola which leads to Marmolada, around 10 minutes drive to gondola- Civetta, and 20 to 50 minutes from other ski resort access points. Our hosts, Margherita and Carlo, gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent advice on excursions, ski slopes, and the best restaurants in the area. Upon request, they also arranged for fresh bread and croissants in the morning—a lovely touch that made an already fantastic experience even better. The apartment is beautifully furnished, radiating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The room with a balcony offers a stunning view of the mountains, and a river flows nearby. We highly recommend it to all nature lovers looking for a peaceful retreat. Without a doubt, we will be happy to return. ♡

The apartment was beautiful, newly renovated, very comfortable beds. We loved the kitchen facilities, namely the coffee machine, there was also a microwave oven. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment was cleaned every day, like a hotel room. The ski storage room was also a big plus. No problems with parking. For an extra fee, you could get a delivery of fresh bread and croissants in the morning.

The couch could be more comfortable. It was not indicated that the recycling bins are on the balcony, we discovered that on the morning of our check-out and went to distribute our common trash into the containers.

The location is superb; it is a nice, quiet mountain village. We loved the wooden interior and small wooden ornaments in the halls. The apartment was lovely with everything that you need.

Perfect mountain view from the balcony. Great apartment. The owners- I cant explain in words how good people they are. Me, my husband and child were stuck with our car in a blizzard at the mountains and Carlos and Margarita saved us literally!! Carlos drove to pick us up and the next day he went and got our car for us from the mountains. Recommended!!! You wont regret.

This is a gem of a hotel! The host Margherita is absolutely lovely, one of the friendliest people I ever met! She provided us great recommendations for activities nearby as a local of the area. Since we came when not many tourists were there, she also upgraded our room to the suite free of charge. The room was very clean and spacious, including a dining table and kitchenette, and very big bathroom. I thought the hotel feels new based on how clean and well kept the furnishings are! We were able to make ourselves several meals since the kitchen had everything necessary. Although no breakfast included but you can order homemade breads and they will deliver directly to your room every morning. It was perfect for us since we needed something quick in the morning before going hiking/climbing. The location is also very nice, a quaint serene town, which we prefer to the larger more commercial towns. Private parking lot outside as well.

The host was so kind waiting for us althoug we have to check in after midnight. The apartment is not big, but very comfortable furnished with all you need. There is a small restaurant nearby with huge pizzas and good wine at fair prices. Funivia Marmolada is only a few Minutes away by car.
