Giovanni was a wonderful host with great recommendations and the location was perfect, out of the crowds. The view was incredible, and a wonderful balcony for relaxed mornings and evenings.

If the church bell (located next to the appartment) could ring from 8am instead of 7am... but it gives the opportunity to have a nice ans slow breakfast with the view :)

Everything, the appartment was great. Giovanni is very kind and gave a lot of useful recommendations. The appartment is well equipped and you can dine-in (useful as we went through a storm and had buy food and take away for one dinner). Illy coffee, water and beers are provided as a welcome.

The view! Property was very clean. Host showed us around and explained how to use AC, shutters, and advised locations to visit. Go to Billy’s. Great dinner, amazing location. I have seen other guests complain about the stairs, but the view made the stairs worth the climb. Giovanni kindly met us at the church and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Wonderful experience! Looked much better in person.

This was such a perfect apartment in Manarola! And our host was lovely and so helpful. Lots of room for our family of four, and all the amenities we needed. And the best part was our balcony and VIEW! It was perfect!

Accessing the apartment is quite challenging for someone of a mature age. Not only do you have to climb to the top of the village, but, also three lengthy and steep sets of stairs to actually get into the apartment.

The apartment is absolutely perfect. It has everything needed to truly enjoy your stay. The added bonus is the balcony, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine.

The walk from the train station with bags on wheels. There is no lift at the train station and the walk is a steep uphill BUT worth every step when you get there. Giovanni helped us with our bags for the last section.

Giovanni met us on time in the church square to check us in and give us a comprehensive overview of the property. The property had everything we could wish for and the view was incredible.

This was our favorite place we stayed in Italy so far. Spectacular view with a balcony, the apartment was clean and private, and full kitchen with espresso. Giovanni was very thorough during check in and we appreciated that.

It was a steep walk from the railway station up to the top of Manarola where the apartment was. There were a few steps then to get to the apartment.

Giovanni was a great host. The views were amazing from the apartment and we loved sitting out on the balcony. The apartment had everything we needed.

Great apartment with a GREAT view of Manarola. It's a bit of a hike but totally worth it. Giovanni is also a great host and takes his time to show you around the facilities. Even though it's probably in an old building, the apartment is renovated and with good taste - doesn't feel like one of those tourist renovations where you just apply some new paint to the walls and call it a day. Well-equipped kitchen with all you need to cook food, make coffee, etc. They also have a washing machine and clothes iron. All in all a great stay.

Nothing that we didn’t like. Just know what you’re getting into with Cinque Terre and expect a few stairs and hills. If you drive, the parking lot is about a 5 minute walk uphill. If you take the train, which stops at the bottom of Manarola, you’ll have more to climb the whole hill. This is part of the charm for me.

This apartment is at the top of Manarola. Sitting on the balcony felt like soaring in a helicopter, preparing to dive down into the valley below. I can’t imagine a better spot. The unit itself also feels new and renovated: comfy bed and nice shower. Stop looking and book this place!
