Apartment is located in the historical centre of Florence so some noise from the oustside should be expected.

A bit noisy in the early morning with vendors setting up the market next door. Master bed was a bit hard for our taste

Everything was great, no complaints at all!

We loved our stay at Appartamento Signoria. The accommodations were wonderful, and the location was fantastic. Lorenzo gave us great recommendations for dinner, tips on the area, and left some wine and cherries to welcome us to the apartment. There were performers in the evening at the market area below, which was an unexpected treat. We hope to return and will definitely stay here again!

The apartment's central location next to a market square does mean that it is noisy at night, but generally it quietened down by 11pm.

The location of this apartment is excellent, with the Duomo, Galleria Academia and Uffizzi all within an easy walk. Lorenzo, the host, meet us at the apartment and was very helpful. Both bedrooms, and both bathrooms are a good size and the balcony is a bonus.

Had to go downstairs to meet my daughter to open door so that we can leave together for a wedding.had no electronic entrance. It was a little noisey.

Being in the heart of the city means that you hear the busy street life but he does provide ear plugs if you need them.

We loved the charm of the apartment which was adorable and perfect for vacation, there was plenty of room with two adult children including two full bathrooms and a balcony that we used each night, and the apartment had good air conditioning which was needed with the heat in Florence. The best was our host Lorenzo who was so easy to work with and very helpful with everything including fabulous dinner reservations.

Only negative was the coffee maker made terrible coffee, but a good excuse to go find a wonderful spot for a cappuccino to start our day.

We absolutely loved the location as well as comfort and beauty of the apartment! It worked perfect for our family of four with two young adult children! One of our favorite parts was being back at our apartment by 9 so we could listen to the concerts in the market Square from our windows with a glass a wine. Lorenzo was incredible helpful & accommodating with any questions or requests!

The only consideration is that as the apartment is in the heart of the city, there is night time noise associated with that, as you would expect.

The location is excellent, couldn’t be better placed for exploring Florence and enjoying great food. The property was very well equipped, the host was extremely helpful and quick to reply to any queries, and the apartment itself was beautiful.

Absolutely nothing

The owner greeted us on arrival. Cleanliness was excellent. A real Florentine feel to the apartment in the heart of the city. Beautifully decorated and welcoming. Historic sites within minutes. Restaurants and bars in abundance just outside.

The property owner, Lorenzo, went extra miles to prepare the apartment for our arrival with fresh flowers, fresh oranges and a bottle of sparkling wine. This makes us feel like home coming with very warm welcoming. The apartment is super clean and come with cooking ware and silverware. Lorenzo helped us with recommendations for leather shops and restaurants which went beyond our expectations. The location is 5 min walk to the Duomo. There were street singer and musicians performing outside of our window which is a pleasant surprise. Lorenzo also helped us with storage of our luggages in the last day of our stay before leaving for Venice. We feel very fortunate to get to know Lorenzo and enjoyed our stay very much. I would not be hesitate to recommend Lorenzo to any of my friends.

So painstakingly cared for, it was a dream to spend two weeks in this beautiful immaculate apartment. If you want to feel immersed in Florentine lifestyle this is the place to stay. Lorenzo’s family has been in Florence for centuries. He put every effort into securing my well-being: welcoming me personally enhanced by a bottle of wine and vase of flowers on the table; recommending restaurants, bars and pastry shops; checking in through my stay to see if I needed anything; and helping with luggage and taxi reservations for my departure.

Lovely central location. The market transforms into a music show every evening until about 10.30-11pm, which can be heard through the windows so if you want a very quiet location this might not be for you. Personally we really enjoyed the evening entertainment.

Can be a bit noisy as Florence seems to be over run with tourists. Ear plugs were provided but not needed.

Everything was perfect!

This property is absolutely fabulous! Lorenzo the host was extremely helpful throughout the entire booking, arrival and departure experience and I feel I couldn’t possibly recommend it higher. The location is spot on, on the heart of Florence. My two brothers, myself and my 82 year old mum had the best family reunion possible. Thank you for everything Lorenzo. We will definitely recommend and return.

Our host was so AMAZING. He met us at the property. He could not have been MORE KIND and accommodating!!!!!!! The property was gorgeous, charming and spotless!!! It was right, smack in the heart of Florence !!! It was noisy on a Saturday night but you are right in the city, so to be expected. There was a beautiful balcony with flowers and a little table and chairs to sip coffee in the morning as the street was waking up! Two , full, beautifully redone baths. Located in a 600 year old building with so much character. The airconditioning worked wonderfully. We could not have been any luckier than to stay in this place with such a wonderful, kind host!

Lorenzo was extremely friendly, very professional and detail oriented when it comes to check-in and check-out. He also was very flexible to offer us a solution to store our luggage past our check-out time so we could enjoy Florence a bit more. In addition he offered us a lot of good insights and advice on what to see during our visit! Also Lorenzo is ultra responsive and available to answer all our questions through whatsapp. Last but not least the property is extremely well located in the middle of everything in the historic center of Florence. We were no more than 10mins walk from all the important landmarks. The unit is very well arranged, clean and cozy with character. I recomment it 100% if you come to Florence!
