The location was excellent and the room was spacious, highly recommend staying here. Just a side note, when you arrive in Vernazza, call the host and she will meet you in the main street, very easy.

I booked the apartment because it had to rooms. but they do not mentioned that it is open with no door. so it is actually one room.

The check in was really easy. The host met us in town, helped us with luggage. We were early, so the kept our luggage until the room was ready. Then they even carried it up to the apartment.

The kitchen utensils seemed old and not so clean to me. I didn’t dare to use them. The stuff was a bit reluctant when I asked them to get in the apartment a bit earlier than the official take over time. And the surrounding is a bit noisy in case you’re susceptible to noise.

We loved the size of the room/bathroom and the central location of the apartment. Our host was super friendly and conversed with us in English. We would love to go back again. Beware the 40 stairs leading to the room. It does affect your decision making about leaving the apartment. But that’s all part of the magic that is Vernazza.

Be careful that the curtain pole into the small bedroom is fastened up properly. The bathroom stays a bit damp but the shower is good.

Good size for 2 though it would possibly feel a bit small for 4. Good to have the kitchen - bring groceries if possible though as there is only 1 small shop in town. Comfy bed. Helpful hosts, met us on the street and enabled an earlier check in. Also very helpful in assisting us to see a Dr after an accident in the flat. Great location a couple of minutes from the station and steps from the harbour - you need to be able to get your luggage up 3 floors of steps though (which we expected).

There was no plug for the kitchen sink, and no tea towels. The shower doesn't drain properly. The heater was ineffective and made a lot of noise. No local information about opening times for the small supermarket and restaurants ... google was inaccurate so this was difficult.

Comfortable bed. Lovely location. Close to train. Met personally at the train to be shown where everything is in the town, and accompanied to our room, even with our train being late.

Team had poor communication, not answering phone on arrival and late with responding to messages. Main disappointment was that on departure we left our bags at the office for 2 hrs as they guaranteed storage and were happy to store for us. When we returned to collect them they had been left on the street outside the shop, in the rain. When we contacted the team to make a complaint they advised there was a water leakage and were very rude. We would have been very happy to return to collect our bags if someone had phoned or texted us.

Overall a good stay, great location and very comfortable.

A perfect location right in the heart of Vernazza. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. Be SURE to go down to the little restaurant below the flat- the food is excellent, the chef is delightful

Location is great. Literally 20 steps from the sea. It’s a cozy apartment and the decoration is very nicely done. Federico is a great host, he welcome us and helped us in any way he could even giving us free focaccias from his place :)

There are a lot of steep stairs. This is not unusual in a place like Vernazza but be warned. The stairs are many and they are steep.

This is a very cute apartment in a superb location. 30 metres from the main square and the beach. Although on the busy main thoroughfare of Vernazza, it is very quiet. Was very nice of the hosts to meet us at the train station and walk us to the apartment plus help us carry our bags up a lot of stairs (see negatives).

It had a lot of personal touches and was a large space for the two of us. Very enjoyable to be right in middle of town - has great air conditioning for the heatwave we had.

AC works but not very strong. Very small complaint.

Great location and very friendly staff. Someone was always available to help when needed. The decor is adorable and they did a lot with the space to make it feel homey.

Wifi only worked near the apartment door and dropped out frequently. Kitchen not well equipped for cooking, no chopping knives, tongs, spatula etc. Vernazza does not have a proper supermarket, need to bring food in from elsewhere.

Great location (although quite noisy), comfortable, nicely decorated and clean.
