Very clean, good facilities, very comfortable, location in the best spot

Nothing to complain really. The fridge did not close properly, maybe some more utensils in the kitchen was needed, but really these are very small details.

Super central, in the middle of ortisei. Great to have a garage option in the house. Bus tickets and access to a pool is great. Walking distance to two cabin lifts. Clean apartment, very friendly staff.

The location is perfect- close to the cable cars, grocery store, restaurants, and the city pool. The host was so sweet! It was also great having parking (snuggly fit my Honda Odyssey). It was a great bonus to get free passes for the bus and pool!!

A little loud from street noise, very creaky floor, kind of hard to find at first

Right in the middle of town, great to have 2 bedrooms, cute and clean. Great to have a fridge and kitchen/dining table.

The elevator did not work which was only an inconvenience for moving in and moving out on our first and last days.

Location is central. Though central it is very quiet at night. Beds are firm. Lots of hot water. Kitchen is pleasant and full for making meals and sitting. Radiant heat in the bathroom is cozy.

The lift was out of order. We need to carry our big and heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor. With Lift is one the factor I book this apartment. The supply of hand wash and kitchen tissue is not up to standard.

The location is excellent. Spotless, spacious. The view is unbeatable. We are allowed to check in early in the morning. Very appreciate there flexibility.

The kitchen had a very small fridge. Okay for our short stay. It also was not turned on when we arrived. Perhaps because we were in the off season. Includes two bathrooms, but only one shower/ tub.

This apartment was in the heart of the old town. A grocery store right next door as well. It was in walking distance of everything including the two gondolas. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipement. Paying to park in the garage was also a huge benefit. So easy to get in and out of the area too.

We found the beds to be quite uncomfortable and not sleep well. Parking was extremely tight in the garage and we found it challenging to get in and out but did appreciate the convenience of on site parking.

Location was perfect and the hosts were wonderful and responsive. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and we loved the views off the balcony. The pedestrian area of town was literally right outside the door and the mountain lifts were a reasonable walk.

Amazing location along the main steet in Ortisei, <5 minute walk to the Alpe di Suisi cable car. Apartment was cosy and clean with a fridge, oven, cooktop and kettle. Comfortable sitting areas and beds. Very clean!

Living room seating wasn’t very comfortable, would be nice to have a sofa. It would also be good to have more than 1 key, and separate trash bins in the apartment to help sorting.

Bed had huge bend in it and was not very comfortable

Fantastic location, middle of town and restaurants. Approx 50m from major bus stop. Free bus pass for the week. And only approx 100m from 2 of the major chairlifts. Great utilities in the apartment. Bar fridge. Only 20m from a grocery shop. Washing machine and shower/bath was great too.

Excellent location. View ( we stayed in apartment “Alex” ). Next to the supermarket. 1 min walk to SeiserAlm/Alpe di Siuse góndola. 5 min walk to the wonderful Mar Dolomit pool. Very helpful/ responsive manager. We will be back!

The property is a charming building located in the main street of the area and close to the bus station, cable cars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. In terms of location and accessibility, I’ll give it full marks. The apartment we stayed in was bright and cosy, with a nice view of the mountains and cable cars. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was also kind and easy to communicate. We enjoyed our stay there and gladly recommend it.

despite asking about linen, I wasn’t happy with the terry towelling mattress protector as a bottom sheet with a duvet. when it was hot you have the duvet or nothing. linen would have made our stay perfect.

excellent location for our needs with lovely mountain view from balcony for two. close to bus, gondolas and funicular, supermarket next door. host provided specific location instructions which was very helpful.

The bedding came with just a mattress protector and a doona. It would have been nice to have proper sheets included.

The location was great and within easy walking distance of everything we needed. The host was also very accommodating and helpful and responded to our questions very quickly.
