We had a lovely time spending at the apartment. The owner, is extremely supportive and he recommended some nice places, which we probably wouldn't have seen. Also the mozzarella experience was worth visiting! If you are looking for a cozy place, in an amazing village in Puglia, uncomplicated host, you have to book at this place!

Amazing stay! Room was very clean, had everything you needed, enough space & a good eye for detail! Very smooth self check-in process, and Angelo was lovely in ensuring I feel comfortable during my stay! They immediately offered an early-check in, since the room was already available. Parking is easy & safe too. Loved the balcony with a stunning sky during sunsets, Balcony gave my stay a nice italian flair & charme! Will be back when staying in Polignano for sure!

Absolutely nothing to complain about — the property was exceptional! Just a small heads-up: you can’t reach it directly by car since it’s located in the charming old town. Be prepared to carry your luggage a short distance and up some stairs, so packing light is definitely a good idea. 😉

Our stay at Al 22 Suite was excellent and Angelo was such a great host. The jacuzzi had just been cleaned and water replaced when we checked in and we noticed the upstairs jacuzzi also being cleaned several times during our stay, so cleanliness was to a high standard within the flat as well as the building! We stayed there for a week, and cleaning took place every other day. The location was exceptional, right in the centre, yet so peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend, grazie mille!

Awesome location, tucked away in a quite alley just a minute from the main plaza. The room was very spacious and the sauna and jacuzzi worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this property for couples who like to stroll around and then have a place to relax when back.

There was a bit of a smell in the bath room, specially when turning on the extractor.

It was perfect. Seriously. Everything was clean, nice and extra thoughtful. The Host was also nice and caring. It will worth your money. It is the best place to stay.

Very conveniently located in the town yet quietly tucked away. Large, clean.

Misleadingly advertised as ‘Pool with a view is the stand out feature of this family room’ as the pool terrace is actually a shared space, and the pool referenced is a spa bath. Too overpriced given this detail. Also delay with check in as wasn’t told check in would be contactless, and wasn’t given the access code in advance.

The location was great and the suite was very clean!

Excellent location, spacious rooms and apartment. Rooftop shower, spa and lounge area were a real bonus. Super responsive host.

Some minor issues with fit and finish in the bathrooms. Nothing major it just wasn't as beautifully finished as the rest of the apartment.

Everything - we were told to park 20mins walk away and had to make our way in the middle of the boiling hot day through the town with no phone signal. No offer to help arrange transport or even to help us located the place. When we gave up using the phone maps through the winding streets I called the hotel manager who just said “what’s app” (he didn’t speak a word of English and later I had to communicate with him via what’s app so he could translate on his phone) and hung the phone up on me! We also asked for an early check in but were told 3pm was the earliest and we could leave our bags in the “reception”. The reception was just a table and chair in the entrance box room with no air-condition and nobody even there to look after them. So after we finally found the place we had to wait in the heat for another hour until 3pm because apparently it was impossible to check in earlier. When the manager finally turned up he asked the cleaner if the room was ready and she said no and that she needed another hour to clean the room because the other cleaner was “ill”. I don’t understand why they need 5 hours from checkout at 10am when they only have 3/4 rooms - simply ridiculous. The cleaner then went to call her friend and was insulting my wife (who understands Italian) in Italian! We were in Polignano to celebrate our anniversary and the rudeness and unprofessional nature of the staff meant we no longer wanted to stay there with that toxic atmosphere. The one good thing about all of this was that the hotel gave us a full refund and we ended up staying somewhere far better with polite professional staff that made our stay in Polignano a joy. We would have had a terrible time had we stayed at 22 Suites.

Loved the room and location. Centre of old town and we had 2 bathrooms! The host was very responsive. The roof top seating and outdoor bath were also nice.

There’s 2 flights of steep narrow stairs that make it difficult to get large luggage (anything that would go in hold). We carefully cartied one bag at a time between us. That’s very off putting in the heat when you’ve walked 15 minutes from the station. I was given the wifi name and password but none of my tech could locate the name of the wifi given!!! So no wifi!
