Facilities need update: toilet flush got stuck two times in two days and required fixing, shower without box makes the bathroom a mess, bed is too hard.

Conveniently located between harbor (may restaurants direct on harbor) and town. Taxi to Fiumicino airport. Train/bus to Ostia Antica.

The staff is very nice and helpful, housekeeping is great, but the Wi-Fi in the rooms does not work properly, although there is a smart TV in the rooms, it does not connect to the internet, the breakfast is mediocre.

Just a note for travelers: the taxi from the airport to the hotel is about 40 euros each way, so keep that in mind when budgeting.

I stayed overnight due to a connecting flight, and it was an excellent choice. The relaxing atmosphere and beautiful sea view made it a perfect stopover.

The price is high comparing to what it offers. However it's the best hotel in the area if you want to have a decent stay.

Staff was kind and helpful. The room was nice and clean. You won't lose anything even if you forget your stuff in the hotel after leaving. Overall a pleasant stay. PS: I'd reccomend the hotel to add slippers.

The electricity went out for about two-three hours Monday night, 08.26.24 across most of the area, not just at the hotel. It was hot and a very hard walk up and down stairs... The generator/emergency lighting you had only worked for the lobby area. I live in a beach town in the US and all hotels here have emergency generators for the entire hotel...?

Great location, good food, wonderful staff. I was particularly impressed with Ana - the check-in person the first day. She was particularly helpful and went above and beyond!!!!

The hotel is ok, but definitely NOT a 4 star. The facilities are limited and the location is not great. 2.2km walk to decent restaurants and shops and even the beach across the road is dirty. The nearby marina is soulless with lots of empty restaurants and no atmosphere at all.

The staff tried hard to be helpful, but they need more support.

Poor breakfast. Very thin walls and every night you can hear drunk people throwing up in the rooms and corridors. When checking out, if you want to extend the room for a couple of hours, they ask you to pay for a day, although the hotel is half empty. I had to sit for several hours with my daughter in the hotel lobby before leaving. This is the first time I have encountered this, although I travel a lot. Other hotels in Italy, for example, offer a few hours free if you have a late flight and even offer lunch. By the way, keep in mind that it will be difficult to find a taxi to this town from the airport. Taxis only go to Rome. Even paying extra for a taxi does not help. We spent 2 hours to find a car and get to the hotel.

The location is a run down resort which looks partially abandoned. Pretty sure the hotel sea view photos have been photoshopped the sea is not pale blue even on a sunny day. The beach is black volcanic sand md is littered with cigarette ends .

Not a major point - but the soundproofing is not so good between the rooms. We could hear the baby crying in one room next to us whilst also having to hear some deranged sex sounds coming from the other room next to us - one of the most awkward cacophony of noises I ever had to listen to. Future hotel guests should bring some ear plugs.

View of the sea from the balcony is great! You are right across from the free public beach and the hotel offers paid parking but there is also lots of free public parking around on the street (although it is highly sought after given that it is on the beach). Airco works well, clean, nice smelling shower gels and shampoos. Breakfast offering is pretty decent. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Enjoyed the company of other guests on the balcony despite not being able to talk to the directly not to derange her. Very much in favor of the 17th March yachting competition viewed from the balcony and continuous refurbishments taking place on the beach. The staff showed an exemplary service. Would definitely come again! Grazie

sound insulation wasn't great and those weird plastic curtains really need changing!

Plenty of street parking near by (off season), decent room passable breakfast overall this is probably going to be my go to Rome airport if I've a car
