It was spotless! The self serve breakfast area was tidy and I was shown where everything was. Easy to use and tasty. It was central and there’s a nice view of the dome. i arrived last minute and the hosts were very kind and welcoming.

Am unexpected gem?! Centrally located in the old town, close to restaurants and sightseeing. Small personable BnB. Our room was fresh and spacious with a modern bathroom and lovely little balcony offering quiet relaxation. Tee breakfast room on the top floor felt relaxing and everything was provided for the guest's enjoyment . Self service breakfast with great produce plus communal terrace. Our host Massimo obviously takes pride in providing an immaculate space for his guests. and was on hand to offer assistance. Highly recommend and will most definitely return as much to offer.

We had a fantastic stay! Massimo was very welcoming. One of the highlights was the lovely terrace, which we really appreciated during our time there. The public parking spaces nearby are free, though they are limited. Breakfast was very good. One tip: be mindful not to leave the key inside the lock before closing the door from the outside! Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Some street noise at night from the nearby bars, and the difficulty of finding an available spot in the nearby parking were minor drawbacks.

I recently stayed in this Old Town apartment. The location is nice, with all major attractions within walking distance. The apartment is beautifully furnished, with modern amenities and air conditioners in the bedroom and living room/kitchen.

This is a great place to stay in Sassari. We enjoyed everything: the cosy atmosphere in the rooms, the furnitures and works are of good quality, the place on the terrasse for breakfast is nice, the breakfast as well (our host made savory breakfast because we did not want sweet ones). It was easy to communicate with Massimo. The place was spotless: respect for maintaining such cleanliness in all the building!

The only complaint is the loud noise until late at night, but that's not a problem if you close the windows.

The accommodation was perfect, everything was so beautifully arranged down to the smallest details, from the room to the common room. Everything was extremely clean and to my taste. The location is phenomenal, in the city center, 3 minutes from restaurants and cafes. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, coffee machines, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer... The hosts are very very kind. We received useful tips on what to do in great detail. I claim that for this money you will not find better accommodation! Public parking is a 2-minute walk away, you don't have to pay from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., sometimes it's a little difficult to find a parking lot, it depends on the time. And let me add that the bed and pillow were too comfortable!

This was a very good apartment and our host Antonio was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, tidy and had good air-conditioning in both the lounge area and bedroom for those hot summer days.

The room is very good and super clean! I have been in hotels with 3 or 4 stars that aren’t so good. Antonio and Massimo, the owners, were super nice 😊 Also there is the kitchen and the terrace for everyone and is also clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included and you can also cook if you like. The location is good, close to the train station and it is in the center of the city.

The communication with Massimo and Antonio was great. The place is very nice, just in the centre of Sassari. And the terrace is lovely! The breakfast (Italian style) was good.

Nothing!

Location - initially seemed like a slightly tired, run down area but then completely came alive. Really close to the centre but very quiet, and next to a (very cheap!) car park. Beer bar just around the corner (but no noise ever) and next to one of the key landmarks of Sassari. The hosts had amazing recommendations and were very accommodating (I had a racing bike with me and they found a safe space for me to keep it). They were easily accessible by phone/Whatsapp and were excellent at communicating timings for cleaning etc. A really really excellent stay that I would absolutely opt for and recommend to everyone!

A really cozy place at a great location, close by the centrum, many restaurants and the train/bus station is within walking distance. The host are very kind, communication went smoothly and they helped me out with some must-to-see tips. They really do take care of the apartment and the cake in the fridge for the breakfast made me happy every morning :) Thank you guys again, hopefully see you later! Cheers, Anna

A really inviting place! Antonio was so welcoming and helpful, check-in was easy and they communicated well. Loved the terrace, kitchen facilities and the bed was very comfy. Great location, central but off a quiet street.
