We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Centrally located. Easy to access. Great view from the balcony. Friendly owner dedicated to keeping the place clean and well organised. Aircon ok. Shutters work well. Enjoyable common areas.

Very good do it yourself plentiful breakfast pack including requested gluten free. Host was exceptional and accommodating - even agreed to pick us up when ferry was late and allowed us to stay on when picking up hire car.

SlovakiaI think the breakfast is unnecessary or better said, it just takes away from this amazing accommodation since what you get is pre packed croissants, Nutella, dried bread, juice and cereal - it’s really not bad, but fresh bread and croissants would be better. Besides this fact this is exceptional accommodation.
Perfectly located, clean apartment, amazing host always ready to help you with anything. Great views, exceptional sunset. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine available.

Nice view from the 6th floor, located in the very centre and friendly owner. Comfortable apartment with self-service breakfast and nice homey style.

SloveniaOn the booking.com is written “Guest house”, and we all have a perception what a guest house is… However, I would like to make it clear for the future guests. This is NOT a Guest house, but a 3-bedroom flat where you will be sharing a bathroom and a small kitchen with other guests. We arrived very late after 10.30 PM, and we found out there that we are sharing the bathroom with other people which we do not know. The next day, I asked other guest if they new before arrival that they have to share the bathroom, and they didn’t - as it was not explicitly enough written on bookings, not even under the reviews… otherwise I will book something else. We were staying 4 nights. The next day another couple arrived, but when they found out that they need to share the bathroom (obviously they also didn’t know until arrival), they asked for reallocation. We also asked for a reallocation, but the host assured us that no new guests are coming and we will have the bathroom for ourselves. Thus, we decided to stay. It was also fair from the host to decrease the costs as we have to share the bathroom. The another issue we did not like is that the host is coming everyday at 10.00 am to the flat, bringing breakfast for the next day and cleaning it. The breakfast consist of packaged food (croissant, cereals, packaged toast and marmalade). The breakfast is a self-service not as in guest house.
The property has a good location in the city centre and from the balcony it was a view on the sea as the flat was in a 6th floor.
