No AC but small fan and it was 32 degrees cel. Smell in first floor at entrance but ok in room. Not much for breakfast. Beside that it’s ok for the price.

Great place location stand to train station (15 minutes walk or 25 euro for taxi😞) 10 minutes walk to cruise port 👍

We couldn’t use the kitchen. The host sent us a message that the kitchen is only for breakfast and we weren’t allowed to use the stove. It wasn’t a big deal for us because we didn’t want to cook . The place doesn’t have AC and it was hot in July. They had a fan in the room that was noisy for our taste.

Great location, nice neighbourhood, clean, a lot of shopping, restaurants and coffee shops near by. It was close to the ferry we needed to take next morning to go to Sardinia. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The host gave good instructions related to checking in and was prompt in responding to our messages.

I wish there were some shelves in the bathroom. It is large but you need to keep your cosmetics on the ground. Breakfast was too basic, it is some sweet pasty bought in supermarket. I hoped for something fresh from the bakery.

Very good location close to the port, recommended for people who go on a cruise the next day. Large bathroom and comfortable bed.

The shower head in unit 1 should be replaced. More water comes out of the top than the bottom.

Clean, comfortable, and economical room in the center of Civitavecchia. For the price paid, you would expect a shared bathroom or an external bathroom. But, this is a private room with a private bathroom! And breakfast is even included. I stayed the night before an early flight from Fiumicino. I've stayed in many of the other small towns near the airport before flights - Ostia, Santa Marinella, Santa Severa. While the beaches may be better in those towns, there's a lot more to do in Civitavecchia.

The ad didn’t mention it was a shared kitchen so you had to stay contained in your room which was very small and had no ac. I did not sleep well

There is no air-conditioning.

Breakfast was ok, apartment cleaning, beds comfy. Will stay there again but not in summer due to no AC Host was very nice and replied quickly.

The lift did not go to full floor level so had to drag up luggage on flights of stairs. They say included breakfast but it was actually just a few packaged crackers and ham and the coffee machine did nit work.

Very close to cruise port and centre of town for cafes and restaurants.

Not able to use elevator exiting with luggage.

Excellent location - thanks to Alessia for recommending Cibus for dinner (closest & very good) & Cioccolarte for coffee etc. (even closer) & very good. Room was very functional & bonus was elevator but only drawback was you need the key ton pen elevator door - but unaware had left in room as per instruction. Could have left it in lockbox otherwise.

The room had no air conditioning. The lights were very stark and too bright. The motion detecting light was much too bright especially in the middle of the night. The balcony was accessible but the heavy security blind did not function well. In fact it ended up stuck partially open.
