We came for a second year in a row and we definitely loved it! The hotel is great, really clean and with a great view from the pool on the top. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is really tasty with a lot of choices. The beach is quite near to the hotel, as well as many restaurants and cafes.

Beach towels were lent out for a minimal charge but if you wanted to change them regularly it was a a new charge. They had a discount for an umbrella and 2 chairs at beach for 18 euros but for a large family it could be a bit costly . No gym . Nothing that probably other hotels are not experiencing. Minor issues.

The property is minutes away from the beach and the main shopping and all the restaurants. Yet quiet and beds are comfortable. Rooms are large by European standards and the rooftop pool is excellent. Breakfast is provided and the offerings are delicious and diverse. Staff attentive and friendly. Very knowledgeable bartender. Bikes available at no charge.

There was a bit of confusion over the beach towel prices, other than that I can't fault it.

It was honestly so amazing! Me and my partner can't fault a single thing. The location was perfect, perfect staff, perfect room. Don't even get me started on the breakfast it was unreal. They offered you a beach club discount and were all extremely helpful with food recommendations.

Very clean and the staff were so helpful and professional! We almost became friends with Fabio one of the nice receptionists! The garage was a bit expensive 20€ a day in comparison with the public parking which was 5€ a day! But definitely repeatable and highly recommended.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Amazing staff from the reception (Fabio was incredible and the most attentive, going above and beyond to help us) to the waiters and the cleaning team. Everybody acknowledges you and is happy to help. Also, it was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to. The breakfast is sublime, the choices are infinite from yoghurt with granola, to international breakfast with fries, eggs, meat to croissants, lots of different cakes, pancakes, fruits, nuts and different juices. The coffees are super foamy, its hard to find someone who is great at making lattes and cappuccinos, and they exceeded my expectations.

The fact that you could only get to you room via a lift, the only stairs to the public were from the 1st floor.

It was very welcoming, modern, with a nice pool and nice rooms which were the perfect temperature especially at night when it was so hot. The hotel also has a lot of useful facilities and I won’t forget the staff who were all welcoming and helpful. The location was also perfect, a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Afternoon reception staff is amazing, best in the business! Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was great with a nice bar offering exceptional drinks, which are not available from other bars in the area.

That we had to pay tourist tax. In Hungary, where she just came from we didn't have to pay anything extra!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, though there wasn't any hair conditioner in the room. I asked the cleaner if they have some (she didn't know English, but I showed her what I needed on Google Translate). She called someone and told me in broken English that it will arrive to my room. Well, I did receive 2 packages, but when I opened one in the shower, I saw that it was shampoo.

Car parking is expensive but probably in line with others in Rimini.

Great size rooms, spotlessly clean and large balcony. Good location near bars , restaurants, and beach. Fantastic rooftop pool with bar , the tapas around 4pm was a lovely touch. Has underground secure parking. Friendly helpful staff.

Everything. The hotel is in a great spot, easy to walk to the bars, restaurants and beach. It’s very quiet never heard doors slamming,people’s voice etc and our room was next to the lift. The reception staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Well the whole hotel staff are great reception,housekeeping, the waiters at breakfast. Our room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. The housekeeping is every day and they really do clean the rooms, air conditioning easy to use, safe once again easy to use. The buffet breakfast is the best I’ve ever had. So much choice. As for the latte macchiato it was perfect. I’m a bit of a coffee snob. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay.

It’s hard to find anything wrong with it. If I had to be picky it would be that checkout is at 10am while most hotels usually are either at 11 or 12, just so that we had to rush out that early in the morning.

The room was a really good size and the balcony was very big with some sea view. We loved the breakfast, it had everything you needed, delicious options. The pool was great, it was 33 degrees outside so it was a refreshing oasis in the heat during the day as it was too hot on the beach. All rooms have air conditioning that you can control the temperature in your room and don’t have to have it on constantly if you don’t want to. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is perfect as it is walkable to the train station but also not on the busy road where all the restaurants are. I cannot fault anything about the hotel, it was a very pleasant 4 night stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to friends.
