It was in the most perfect location you turned the corner and the colosseum was there, close to shops and within 2 minutes of trains. The host was great and helped with recommendations for us and checked in throughout.

We are used to colder air-conditioned. I think this was one thing that could improve.

There are some noises from outside like traffics and sirens. It might be problematic when somebody would like to sleep with an open balcony door, but because of the heat wave and air conditioner we kept windows closed during sleep time.

The room was very tidy and comfortable. There is a very efficient air conditioner in the room which was a crucial issue for us during a heat weave in the beginning of July. Location is great, close to the metro, train station, bus stop and of course to a couple of tourist attractions in the area. Contact with the host was on a high level.

Everything was excellent. The location is a big plus, great connections with bus, tram and metro. It is at 2 metro stops from Termini so you can easily avoid paying a taxi (around 40 eur with taxi) from/to airport, just take a bus from airport to Termini then the metro. Walking distance to Colosseo and bonus, wonderful view to Basilica St G. Laterano. Good pizza restaurants near and highly recommend Cafè Laterano where a romanian lady served us very good sandwiches. The bus station is in the front of the coffee shop and there is a tabacco store from where you can buy transportation tickets. The room and kitchen were very clean and Giuliano is a great host, very communicative.

Perfect location with a view on San Giovanni di Laterano from the balcony and close to Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore. Its lovely to sit in the evening on the balcony and watch the city life. Rooms are comfortable and the community fridge is very helpful! Good bar and restaurants just around the corner. Good communication with Giuliano for check in and check out!

The Kitchen was shared, and the stove was not available for use. There was no tea provided. However, the coffee was nice, but with no cream.

The location is fantastic, offering a nice view and easy access to public transportation, as well as being within walking distance of the Colosseum. The building is equipped with an elevator, making it easy to carry the luggage. The room was immaculate. The plus was having a balcony with a lovely view.

We visited Rome for the first time with our children and needed to be close to a metro station. The accommodation is only a few minutes' walk from two metro stations, and the Colosseum is just a 10-minute walk away! The view from the accommodation is fantastic, as all reviews mention, featuring a beautiful white church with magnificent statues atop it. The room is modern, very clean, spacious, and has a high ceiling. A charming restaurant, bakery, and bar called 'Sangio' is on the corner, and we loved their food. Giuliano was extremely helpful throughout our stay, making it stress-free. This is a great accommodation option in Rome, highly recommended for anyone, especially first-time visitors with families.

Noisy location, near a hospital with an emergency. Ambulance sirens are constantly heard. The room was not cleaned during our stay. No supplies such as toilet paper were added. The landlord sent too many messages, asking for exact arrival time and requesting photos of our personal identification documents.

This was a lovely room with a fantastic view, great location for visiting wherever you wanted to go, with the Manzoni Metro station just down the road and the Colosseum within walking distance - and plenty of Cafes and restaurants nearby (Spaccio was really good). Lovely balcony to sit outside in the morning sun and have a coffee from the kitchen. Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano across the road is amazing!

The shower facilities were slightly poor as the water was hard to regulate and was kind of old however nothing else to complain about.

Absolutely lovely experience staying in aria rooms. We had a wonderful host, Guiliano, so welcoming and very attentive. He made sure we had the most pleasant stay possible. Location was super, nice and quiet out of the touristy areas but still very near to the centre of Rome as we hat the metro a 2 min walk away. Gorgeous view as promised, a very comfortable bed and overall really good value for money.

The room we booked was clean and perfectly suitable for our family of four. Plenty of space and storage and a lovely bathroom. The communal kitchen area was large and well equipped, particularly good was the Nespresso machine a capsules! The lift was fantastic to the fourth floor as well. The location was incredible and well equipped were very happy to have a few sunny February mornings to sit out and enjoy the balcony and the superb view. Lots of great bars and restaurants close by were useful for our short stay. Giuliano was by far the best thing about the property, hosts are so important and he was perfect - kind, communicative, helpful and interesting. We’ll certainly be checking availability for our next visit!

First of all - the location. The flat is in just 15 minutes walking from the Colosseum and in walking distance from every “must see” place in Rome. It’s not crowded and noisy and there are two metro stations in 2-3 minutes walking. The property is amazing - the high ceiling is contributing to feel the spirit of Italy and the view is absolutely amazing! Last but not least- the host is really polite and friendly!

There is a bit of traffic noise and lots of sirens, but you get used to it after the first day. Otherwise the rooms were very quiet.

The building looks dated but it adds to the Rome experience. The rooms are wonderful. The location is great. Subway and Tram stops 2 blocks away. Hop on hop off bus stop 2 blocks. City bus stop 1 block away. Plenty of great restaurants within 2 blocks. I would highly recommend Sampietrino right next door. I would also recommend Merulana Cafe, Irish pub. Giuliano, our host, was outstanding.
