Staff is very friendly and polite.

Everything was good but was missing toiletries, there were only hand wash and hair/body wash and a shower cap. Was expecting toothbrushes and stuff but overall everything was good other than that.

Old infrastructure, improvised staff. The young guy at breakfast should be immediately fired. He brings stress to the customers and to his colleagues un-necessarily. Abuse of his authority

Super old. Air conditioning didn’t work. They put us in an old apartment room, instead of the two rooms we had booked

Horrible receptionist, air-conditioning didn't work in 3 rooms they moved me through till midnight... All together: do not even think of staying there!!@!

Close to the beach and race track.Staff were very helpful.

The room was above the kitchen with no view and a bit noisy

Perfect location for travelling to Misano World Circuit, with lots of options for restaurants and shops around direct location. Great breakfast options and friendly staff

Central location easy to walk everywhere eg supermarket , restaurants and beach .

Beds were ok , not the most comfortable but not the worst either

I like all. All was excellent. Beautiful place, the staff was amazing.

The room was clean but rather small as we had 2 dogs with us and we had to pay € 10 per dog per day. An extra single bed to put our luggage on would have been useful as there was no space for them. The balcony was very tiny as well.

The lift was usually taken by the cleaning ladies in the early morning so that we couldn’t use it with luggage

The staff and food were both excellent. And the location was perfect for the beach and the misano race track.

The bed was a little harder than I'm used to!!

i liked location and internal organistion of the hotel

they did not make room...... i repeat i let the room free at 7 in the morning BUT THEY DIDNT MAKE THE ROOM second very remarkable i paid parking BUT THEY GAVE TO ME A PLACE FAR 1 KM FROM THE HOTEL

Grienfly dtaff wuiet location

None of the coffee machines etc were working and it seemed to have been like that for some time. There was no beer in the bar - which seems odd for the start of the holiday season. Unless you were there early, breakfast quickly disappeared.

Hard to make a proper review because we got stuck in traffic, arrived super late and tried to call property. No one answered, so we had to find another place.

Great location close to the circuit and train station. Easy to walk. Also, amazing helpful staff. Staff was able to help book a bicycle rental, which was needed for work, and was able to have it dropped off / picked up at the hotel as all shops in the city were closed for the season. Would definitely 100% book again.

Restaurant hours were short and dinner closed early.
