Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment had the most incredible view — waking up to it every morning felt like a dream. The pool was stunning, perfect for relaxing and taking it all in. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was our host, Elida. Her hospitality was next-level — thoughtful, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. She made us feel completely at home. I would 100% go back — highly recommended!

7 perfect days and the pool is the cherry on top!! The air con in every bedroom at 38C was a savour. I can highly recommend if you want to relax and avoid busy towns and traffic. We would definitely come back!!

We loved the pool at sunset, the little winery down the road was just amazing . Had a beautiful tasting menu down there . I like that it’s away from the tourist traps and you feel like your the only people In Tuscany. It’s perfect for a stay where you just want to recharge your batteries and enjoy the peaceful country life. Def worth a visit as somewhere different to stay. There are plenty of places to visit in f you have a car that are only 30-40 mins away . I never thought I would make it to the sea side on this Tuscan adventure but we did!

Beautiful picturesque location, we were there on our own which was perfect for us, the pool is outstanding with amazing views, the owner Elida, is absolutely lovely . There is a great winery/cantina within walking distance to great wine and a real local Tuscan experience. Thank you for a wonderful 3 days, we visited the towns of Monteciano and Pienza. The local Coop is an easy 15 min drive.

If you’re unable to drive/ rent a car then travelling is very difficult due to the location because no taxis would come. But that’s no fault of the accommodation/ owners :)

The location was so so beautiful and quiet! Eli was lovely and really welcoming, and helped with any questions. It was clean, and the wifi was always good.

The place is very well located. Great spot for traveling through Tuscany. The place itself it beautiful with a great view from the infinity pool. Very clean and spacious apartment. The staff is just lovely, very kind and supportive!

A microwave would be helpful. It took a little time for me to realize how the bathroom tentacle works, the hot part has a "C" letter on it, which starts with cold water before getting warmer :)

Lovely atmosphere with a breathtaking view, especially from the infinity pool. The whole area has its own charm, a perfect place to relax. Not to mention the fact that an amazing winery is in a walking distance :) Host were friendly and helpful, absolutely recommended.

A Tuscan dream, the pool area had a great view and was pleasant. The garden was very beautiful and our lovely part of the house had a separate entrance and the room was authentic. The hosts were super kind and cute.

It was really, really hot in July 2023 and Air conditioning would have made a big positive difference :)

The location, the appartment, the pool and everything else regarding the practicalities was great. But what stood out was Elida's exceptional hospitality. She is a gem. I had my 50th birthday there and wanted to have an Italian cooking lesson with my family. Elida made that happen so fast and easy. Catharina (one of her employees) was fantastic as a teacher in local italian cousine. I am really thankful for their efforts.

the bathrooms were really small, for someone bigger it is a challenge to fit in the shower and the ceiling was not well soundproofed.

Not enough towels, including pool towels. No bath soap. Small trash receptacles.

Only the pool was very nice with amazing views

Only the pool is very nice. Apartment is very outdated. Kitchen is not equipped to cook. Missing pots and pans. Their Gas stove is dangerous since the net is not secure and oils pans can fall and start fire. Overall the apartment is not very convenient for families.
