Stunning location, exactly what we were looking for. Quite and charming part of Murano, close to boat ramps, great restaurants, and a grocery shop. The apartment has everything we needed. Small yet sophisticated and comfortable.

I didn't expect the stairs it was only a challenge when we where loading in and out of the apartment.

The location was perfect. We only had to walk a few blocks to our class. The restaurant at the bottom of apartment was excellent we ate there 4 times.

We have stayed in Venice seventeen times over the years and this apartment is the best place we have ever stayed. The apartment is well equipped, warm and immaculate, and the view is just beautiful. Murano is a much quieter alternative to the main island of Venice. Gaida was a great host, responding incredibly swiftly by Whats App. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and feel fortunate to have found the apartment. I'm sure we will return.

The location was quiet and next to the canal and a short distance from the water taxi stop. The room was very comfortable and clean. Giada was very helpful knowing the stops to for the water taxi to get to the apartment easily.

Water pressure in shower is low. Suggest changing shower head.

Honestly, it was wonderful. The bed was a little soft for me personally but that’s it!

The apartment is gorgeous and the view of the cathedral across the canal was incredible. It’s close to a water taxi station, the glass museum and a lovely restaurant. The host was very helpful with directions and information.

There is no warm water in the shower, when you want to switch to the rainshower option. You have to use the showerhead instead. That one works well. The bed could be placed in the corner, so that the air conditioning doesn't hit you so directly.

Great location, all utensils available, very kind owner. The view on the Duomo is top! And there is a restaurant with great food and good prices right at the entrance. Nice babbling of the water in the canal at night :) In my opinion, Murano is the best place to stay in Venice, if you like the Venetian vibe but don't like crowded places.

The door was very hard to open (required a trick to do it) and did cause issues with us getting in but we luckily got a neighbour to help us as we were unable to reach the host.

Simple but elegant, spacious, sunny. Located in a quiet corner of murano, but close to 2 ferry stations, with easy access to Venice. Very pleasant and comfortable stay overall.

I don't think I have something to mention.

The hostess behaviour. She was very welcoming and warmhearted. Every time I tried to communicate with her she fastly replied to me with answers to all my questions about the area. I like how quite the area was especially the night and that was ideal for us who wanted to relaxed after the noise and the fuss of the city.

There is nothing we did not like. Just as a hint for improvement for the host, we think that delays in flights from the UK are common and while guests tend to arrive late, a door code or a keys' pickup would be easier for them

We liked most of our stay. Most importantly, the support for arrival was remarkable: our flight was significantly delayed. Beforehand and during the journey, our guest took contact, while her assistant on site suggested alternatives - very accurate pricing for water taxi from Marco Polo to Murano! - and waited for us to open the door and show us around. I mean we arrived around 3am!!

We liked the proximity to the vaporetto station and to local restaurants (one was a two minute walk away and was terrific). We also enjoyed the peaceful mornings and evenings when the island was quieter.

A lovely peaceful bolthole away fro the madness of Venice. Very clean and comfortable. Giada was really helpful throughout.

honestly the only thing I didn’t like was the placement of the bed. I tried to get my husband to move it to the brick wall which would’ve made it aesthetically more pleasing and more convenient.

It was a beautiful mixture of the old and the new. The owner did a very nice job to remodel it it was absolutely well done.
