Nothing particular to flag. Perhaps the bed was a bit old and I would have preferred a modern set up but this is just my personal taste, all in all was great.

If you wish to spend some good time just few meters from the blue waters of Poetto, this is the perfect location. It's a family run small B&B, clean and spacious enough. The owner was extremely friendly and supportive.

Maria Luce made this place feel like you are staying with an old friend. It was so lovely. The house and garden are beautiful combining antique furniture with clean and modern renovations. The beautiful garden was also a plus to sit in the afternoons. The location is fantastic if you want to be by the beach.

Maria Luce was a lovely hostess. Her breakfasts and cake are amazing. The property is right by the beach and an easy route into town by bus. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

There is no everyday cleaning, but if you will ask Maria will do it.

The room is beautiful , nice common area with coffee machine , kettle etc , nice garden. Located just across the road from the beach. Supermarket is nearby as well as bars and restaurants. Maria , the host, is very helpful friendly and warm person.

Thank you Maria Luce for being a great host (together with your lovely dog companion Potter). We had a lovely stay at the hotel, a great facility perfectly located by Poetto Beach, and with easy access to the public transportation taking you to Cagliari city centre when needed. Unbeatable location, only a few steps from the beach but still very quiet at night. Room was comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was great - the owner was incredibly accommodating with our food intolerances.

I had a wonderful stay at Marie’s place! She is an amazing host – warm, attentive, and always happy to help. Every morning, she and her lovely mother prepared a fantastic breakfast, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. I can absolutely agree with all the other reviews: Marie’s pie is simply delicious! Without us even asking, Marie gave us great tips on places to visit and things to do in the area, which really made our trip even more special. I’m truly grateful for everything and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 🌟

Maybe fix up the desktop terrace so it's more comfortable.

The hostess, Maria, was fantastic. Great communication and attitude. Lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy breakfast. The views from the rooftop terrace is a gem ,especially in the evenings. Very safe and close to beach and restaurants. As dog people we loved Potter, the dog, visiting us at breakfast.

Leaving!

This place is truly a little slice of heaven!!! It's a beautiful traditional Sardinian house, so comfortable and clean. It is in a perfect location with it being a literal minute to one of the most stunning beaches I've been to. There are plenty of bars/restaurants and takeaways within 5 minutes walk. Maria Luce is a wonderful host. She was so helpful and kind, and the breakfast was amazing. We cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be back. 10/10 all round!

Everything was perfect

Place is in perfect location , literally 2 minutes from beach. Property has typical Italian charm with modem bathroom and very comfortable bed. Maria Luce- our host, made us feel very comfortable, feeling like we are at home. We loved personal touch and memories kept in this place( after all it was a family home) convenient location( 2 min from bus stop, 5 min from supermarket and restaurants).Place has its charm that you cannot find in hotels including garden with sun beds, sun chairs and umbrellas which you can freely use.

I liked everything

Location is perfect, just few minutes to the beach and to the bus station to the city center. Host Maria was very kind, attentive, and helpful. I was allowed to leave my bags after checkout till the evening, which I really appreciate. I had single room with separate entrance, it was very clean and comfortable. House is equipped with coffee machine, fridge, so you can make a tea, coffee, and store some goods. The garden is amazing and it has outdoor shower with warm water. Also Maria's dog Potter is very-very cute:) I enjoyed my stay so much. Thank you!

The garden we had breakfast at was very nice and quiet. Poetto beach is literally next to the property, Maria Luce was always very kind and met all our requests.
