The hotel is absolutely incredible! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff are extremely kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The facilities are excellent and really allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our stay. The live music every night created such a wonderful atmosphere, and the food at the restaurants was delicious. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place, only the opposite. It was the perfect way to spend my holidays, and I can’t wait to come back with more of my family.

Rooms were not clean to the standards of a resort of this kind. Soap holder was incredibly dirty and shower and toilet not well cleaned, with hair still left in thw bathroom. Glasses at the breakfast restaurant also not well cleaned. A pity considering how amazing the location and staff are.

Location and staff were absolutely amazing. Good restaurant selection and a wide range of activities within a well maintained green park. Easy access to the private beach.

Everything was amazing during our stay. The bedroom was super clean every day and was very comfortable, the food was very very good at both breakfast and dinner (we went to the buffet restaurant every night), and we really enjoyed the many typical Sicilian options that were available. However, the one special thing we loved the most was the staff at the hotel. From the barmans, the waiters in the restaurant to the animation staff, everyone was so lovely and made us feel so welcome and at home! Thank you all so much! Our experience was perfect

The breakfast terrace was swarming with wasps so had to use indoor breakfast area which was a pity. Towels placed to claim pool sun beds and nobody turning up for hours.

This property is in an excellent location. On the beach. Choice of pools and restaurants second to none. Would highly recommend

Without a car or bike it is a little far to walk to the lungomare of Giardini Naxos.

Wonderful resort for families. The staff are as attentive as possible, although July was a busy time and they seemed a bit overwhelmed. Overall I had a lovely stay and would return!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive and professional, making us feel welcome right away. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit firm for our personal preference – though some guests might actually like that level of support. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious each morning, and the location of the hotel made it easy to reach all the main attractions while still being quiet and restful. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay again. Highly recommended, especially for those who value excellent service and a well-kept property.

Imagine going to a wedding that never ends, located on a beautiful beach with ckear water and Etna in the backdrop. A great buffet of classic italian dishes with different fresh fish and meats every night.

The hotel is quite old, parts of it were renovated but the pools are in need for a renovation as well as the lobby area. No ac in the dining room we were directed to, and NO AC IN THE GYM!!!

The evening entertainment was not that good and on some evenings there was no entertainment at all. We were there a few years ago and noticed the difference from before. On the other hand, everyone seems to do his best especially those entertaining the kids. Shuttle bus to Taormina needs some taking care as well

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The private beach is probably the best in all Naxos, the hotel has lots of green areas all well kept.Very good for families with kids.

Our son is a picky eater but loves pizza so we assumed there would be pizza several nights in the main restaurant (we were half board). In 10 days pizza was never on the menu! So we struggled getting food for him. But the food was good, variety of pasta and fish and/or meat every night. There is a separate pizzeria alright but that was not included in the half board option. This was probably the only issue we had as we had a fantastic holiday and we would return. The beach is a pebble beach but if you buy swimming shoes (on sale in the resort) you'll be grand.

We had a fantastic holiday, family of 5 with kids aged 19, 16 and 12. We loved the olympic pool and the location on the private (pebbly) beach. There were always sunbeds available at the olympic pool. Inflatable toys were allowed in the pool. We didn't use the other pool so can't comment on that. The evening entertainment was very good, the hotel band was very good. There was a beach party on Mondays and Thursday that were very good. The beds were comfortable. We were able to have breakfast at the restaurant near the olympic pool as well as the main restaurant, and that was nice, much prettier quieter location. There is a nice square where the evening entertainment is so you can sit out and have a drink. There are a few shops in the resort. The resort is near Taormina which is really worth visiting.

The kids stayed at a "villa". I preferred the main hotel, as the villas are not yet renovated and smelled a bit damp.

A great hotel. We stayed in the main hotel. Big rooms. Newly renovated. The air conditioning was effective in cooling down the room. The hotel was fully booked, but since the surroundings were so big, it never felt crowded. There were always sunbeds available at the pool and the beach. The gardens and flowers were beautifully maintained. The upgraded breakfast at Casa del Massaro was a highlight of the day, featuring freshly pressed orange juice and coffee prepared to your liking, served at the table.

There were a few things that I did not like: 1. The AC did not work and was repaired only after 2 days. 2. We booked transportation through hotel to Taormina and the conditions were terrible: NO AC in the mini van at 40 degrees outside, feeling like sauna and all the travelers were complaining. I recomand to buy the thickets from the bus station(6min away) the condition are better, the thickets are cheaper and the buses comes at evry 15min.

Had everything that was needed inside the complex. The food from the breakfast was very good(at Casa del Massaro), atmosphere very nice, staff very helpful and kind.
