Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FinlandBreakfast was mainly coffee with tasty sweet things. If you love sweet things, this is an excellent BF.
Central location, next to the piazza. Parking house with easy access to the old town, only 2 Euros per 24 hours. The room was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. Feeling at home, including nice dogs.

CanadaQuite simply, a really beautiful spot in a lovely town. Right off the main piazza, central to everything. Antonella's level of communication and responsiveness were exceptional. And for a great dinner check out Quindici Pizzeria. The pizza and the ambiance were great. I have never had a more fun out for dinner. All the staff were top notch....funny, attentive and having fun.

GermanyEverything was amazing. The building itself is really beautiful. The B&B is situated in the historic center, and that was great for us. Since we could go out at night, with the kids, without having to drive or to worry about anything. But Osimo is a good option even if you want to go to the beach or visit other cities around, because everything is very close by. The host too was amazing. She was very helpful and nice. And always ready to help you out. We used the B&B to take some pics on our wedding day and, although that day everything was a little bit messy and chaotic, she helped us a lot.

United StatesAttico Luce B&B, Osimo, Le Marche. Oct. 21st, 2022 ‘Temporarily parked in front of the farmacia, next to the street where our B&B was located and dropped off our luggage. We were able to check in early at the B&B and saw our bags each hoisted up five flights of stairs by winch. ‘Doing our homework before arriving, we found a delightful large parking lot, to drop the car, with funicular that carries you up to street level, Funicolare "Tiramisù"-Stazione Colombo. A short walk brought us to Attico Luce B&B. Our windows looked out at niches in the opposite building which were occupied by nesting pigeons, who had blithely built nests on top of the anti-pigeon spikes. We had a very nice room and bath with an abundant breakfast with cheery hosts (mother and daughter) and guests! Walking through town, we noted the exposed pavements and empty graves under plexiglassed portions of pavement , under the loggia in front of the town hall. Then we walked along old Roman walls, and descended to the Roman Fonte Magna, still gushing water and attracting mosquitos. Then we ascended, cutting through a vegetable market inside the covered area leading to grottos, which we did not have time to return to see. Visited Romanesque/Gothic Cathedral of San Leopardo with unusual facade and portal (sculpted in 1191 by Master Filipo) framed by snakes with coiling tails and a rose window was framed with grotesques. Inside church, a chapel, first on right with primitive looking carved crucified Christ in a fabric skirt, with 4 nails (a common Templar symbol). This altar was reproduced in this year’s “covo” done cunningly in woven straw, for the Festa del Covo, held in August. We bought delicious components for dinner at Orto Pronto (vegetable and rice dishes), and at a great meat and cheese shop, then ate our purchases in the B & B’s grand breakfast room that evening. There is much more to see and do in Osimo.
